Juan M was my PT. He was exceptionally good in achieving my goals. He pushed me to do more and get to the next level always watching for the correct way of executing the exercise. Sabrina and others also were great and I appreciate each one for making me heal and continue my journey in getting better

I had a total knee replacement and went to AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab Winter Park for my post operative therapy. I met with Juan M who assessed my limitations. He correctly assessed the frequency of visits I needed and designed a strengthening program for me. He also provided with a great exercise program for my off PT days. He, along with April and Kelsey worked to help me recover to a place I haven't been in years. I look forward to having my other knee replaced within the next two months. I will definitely will look to Juan M, April, and Kelsey to help me once again.

A diagnosis of osteoarthritis in my knee sent me to AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab in Winter Park for a strength program to ease pain and delay further degeneration. I thought I was in good shape but was astounded by the progress I made under their care. The office staff were helpful and efficient while therapists Jeremy, Jomara, April and Justin were all professional, knowledgeable and patient enough to answer my many questions. Not only is my knee better but I have more energy along with more strength. I particularly appreciated that Jeremy provided a list of exercises to help me continue my progress as well as a few tailored to improve my abilities in my favorite sport. Thanks and kudos to all!

My recovery after a fall has been progressing unexpectedly quick thanks to the physical therapy team at the Advent Health Sports Med & Rehab out patient facility at the Crosby Wellness Center. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and tremendously helpful in designing an exercise regimen to help me reach my walking and strength improvement goals. I really get the feel that the PT crew is a TEAM all working with and rooting for my success. Glad to be working with them. The app.that allows me to track and reminds me of the exercises to do at home is immensely helpful in increasing my progress. Very grateful. JR

I can't say enough about the professionalism and care that was afforded me at the physical therapy clinic. Juan and Justin a Special Mention, they were top notch. The rest of the staff were excellent as well. The clinic is highly recommended.

You gave me the knowledge of how I can continue with the exercises at home—whichI plan to do! I would recommend this group highly! Great location too! I liked walking the indoor track after my sessions too!

This rehab facility is absolutely amazing. Juan is a phenomenal therapist. He is very knowledgeable. He was so patient and kind and was helpful with all my injury questions. His intern Alexa was amazing. The entire staff are very kind and helpful. If I'm ever injured again I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you everyone for your part in my recovery. Juan Madrid, at the Winter Park Wellness Center, has worked with me, Arthur Blumenthal, for vestibular imbalance for more than a year. Juan is one of the main reasons I have been progressing so well with my condition. He is patient and encouraging. Juan always is thinking ahead to see what is the next step to progress further. Most of all, Juan has a wonderful personality that supports my workouts. He’s always cheerful, always ready to help me. I am very privileged to be working with such an expert!

I would highly recommend this facility. I worked with almost every Pt but primarily with Juan Madrid and Alexa. They worked closely with me to increase my mobility after dislocating my shoulder. I am truly grateful for the improvements they helped me achieve! If you need pt do it, it pays off!

Sports medicine is the best place to do physical therapy after 4 different problems an 3 were surgeries they definitely got me up an going with my therapy to get muscles stronger, Trevor, Jay, Juan, Taylor, Sabrina an McKenzie if it wasn't for physical therapy I would be in a wheel chair an would of lost mobility in my arms everybody is so nice an always check to make sure you are doing your exercises properly I love everyone there I enjoyed every minute they helped me get to where I am now, if your Dr wants you to do physical therapy do not hesitate to go to Advent Health Sports medicine and Rehabilitation they know what they are doing
