Our technician, Johnathan, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He fixed the issues with our gas fireplace quickly and spent time with me to help me understand how both to troubleshoot with and operate the unit. He suggested I video how to start the pilot light when I expressed a concern that I hoped his instructions wouldn't just go in one ear and out the other as far as I was concerned-it was a brilliant suggestion, and I have him on my phone in perpetuity in case I ever need a reminder so we can optimize the use of our fireplace! Johnathan provided a rare level of service to me that I greatly appreciated-I'd have given him 10 stars if I could have! Thank you!

Very efficient process to resolve issue. Tech tested remote and control unit and isolated problem to control unit. Additionally, I was shown how to use fireplace until new part arrives.

Jonathan identified the issue with my firepit on his first visit, which allowed me to order the part needed directly from the manufacturer.once received, Jonathan installed the replacement parts and my firepit is now operating like new.

These folks went out of their way to help me. I’m an Amerigas customer and having terrible problems dealing with them in service issues and repairs. I have been without gas service for 10 days. It required I get an independent contractor to replace a regulator and a portion of the underground line to my home on the tank I rent from Amerigas.
I explained my situation annd every person I dealt with was sincerely concerned and focused on fixing my situation.
The repair itself was done by Roberto, a talented technician with excellent customer facing skills. I just wish I could use them as my gas provider. Best experience I’ve ever had with anyone in the gas business

These guys are great! Answered the phone right away, and were to the house within 45 minutes for the repair. I will definitely be keeping their number handy for the future.
