I teach at a High School and our Tech updated my Lightburn software, (school Mira 7). When the update was finished the Lightburn camera wasn't showing up. I contacted Aeon tech support, (I have always been super impressed by the fast, friendly and helpful service). I explained to Jacob T.my problem, he came up with suggestions, I tried them, next day EJ contacted me about the problem, then Samuel G.stepped in. All super great help and stayed with me. The problem was that our school tech accidently put the USB port into the UDISK instead of the USB slot. I did not notice that. These guys did. So sometimes it's not the hard things that drive us mad, it is the little details that make these guys so great. Thanks guys, you saved what little gray hair I have left.

Aeon ROCKS! I own 2 Mira 9s and I love them! Had an issue with one, reached out to tech support and they were on it! Sent me the part, detailed instructions and this girl did it all herself! If you are looking for a laser. Head over to these guys! It is worth the WAIT! Can't wait to add more machines to my fleet!

When searching for the right laser choice, I explored all options. I chose Aeon for 2 reasons.
1. The built-in Water Cooling System, Exhaust Fan and Air Assist Pump
2. The feedback about their awesome customer support.
The laser was worth the wait and every time I've had a question or needed support the response time was amazing. I thought great customer service was a thing of the past, but not at Aeon they truly partner with you. I cannot say enough good things about this company! The laser has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking to move from a craft laser to a bigger unit, don't look further than Aeon!

I am knew to the laser world and have lots to learn. Every time I’ve had to reach out to Aaron customer service they have responded in a timely matter and have answered all my questions. And then some. My laser is a scary beast (haha) but so glad for the support of Aeon! Would 1000% recommend!

There aren't enough STARS in the universe to give to Aeon Customer Support!

These guys were beyond patient with me and they have the patience of SAINTS! There are no words in the English language to express how appreciative I am of the support given to me. I have no mechanical experience with ZERO idea of how do anything mechanical.

If you're on the fence about purchasing an Aeon Laser product, stop sitting on the fence and jump on it.

Jacob was so quick at fixing my problem tonight. I was back up and running in less than an hour and he patiently explained what I needed to do. I’m brand new to this and felt comfortable with his instructions to get the parts switched out. Thank you so much Jacob!

Our Mira 9 encountered an issue the night before a major craft fair. I reached out to tech support and Alex Matheos assisted me. Within an hour, he had us back up and running so that we were ready for the fair. The tech support at Aeon has been nothing short of awesome!

Best customer service, hands down. My machine started making a clicking sound and completely lost power. Within minutes of submitting a ticket, I got a call from EJ. He quickly identified the problem with a simple test he had me perform on the machine. Less than 48 hours later, I’m back up and running with a new power supply unit (I was able to replace it myself with a very detailed video and tools supplied to me from Aeon). Coming from Glowforge, I’m now 100% sold on my investment in this machine.

Aeon has the best after care and customer service. I have had the machine for a year and a half and had issues but the aeon customer team was always on top of getting me back to work within minutes.
They are just fantastic.

Purchasing a laser is a HUGE investment & with all the possibilities out there it can get confusing as to which one to purchase! After lots of research I settled on an Aeon Mira 9. One of the biggest reasons was their fabulous customer service & support they provide every customer after the sale for as long as you own your laser. They truly go above & beyond to assist their customers. If you ever have any questions or issues, their support team is always there to help you figure it out. They are responsive, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. It is a relief to know you are in good hands with the Aeon team! Thank you Aeon for quickly helping me with my issue so I can get back to my Christmas orders!

Aeon support is top notch. I received a response to my support request within minutes, received helpful guidance from Jacob, and got the problem resolved within an hour or two. I'm very happy with the experience.

10/10 customer service. Aeon is so quick to help. It is the reason why I chose to buy through them as I heard their customer service is incomparable. If they can’t help over email you can get help through a phone call for explanation. (I heard they can send someone out if you cannot fix the issue but I have not needed that and that was head through the grapevine)

From ordering to having thought my machine broke while engraving cups, the help I received was phenomenal. They give you extra parts and take the time to help you out if you need it. I recommend them every event I go to if people want to invest. The price you pay is so worth it! 20/10 (plus they have the coolest and comfiest marketing shirts!)

I was emailing Jacob and Alex for 5 hours Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and got nothing accomplished. I told them it was Mirror #3 - I could not adjust it. Finally at closing Jacob sent me a few instructions on adjusting mirror 3 with the gold knobs on laser head. No one to talk to until Saturday. I understand holidays. Then got an email Saturday morning from Jacob asking if I had mirror#3 aligned. I requested a phone call. He had too many emails to work through so EJ came in on his day off and called me at 1pm. At 1: 52pm I was cutting wood and it was a beautiful cut. If only I had EJ to email Wednesday evening. He is very knowledgable and very patient and kind. My laser friends ALL request EJ when they have a problem. HE is the BEST! Thanks EJ for coming in and helping me.

As a recent Aeon Mira 9 laser owner, I have already been so impressed with Aeon's attentiveness, kindness, attention to detail during the purchase, delivery, and set-up process. Today, I had a strange noise that I wanted to run by the customer support team. The online forums are always so helpful, but I just wanted to be sure. EJ and Alex were so FAST to respond, reassured me, explained what it was, and what to do in the future, should I need to remedy things again. They put me at ease, and I look forward to cutting again tomorrow morning. Another prime example of the Aeon customer service that made me buy this brand to begin with!
