Our experience with this office has been a profoundly distressing experience for us. I am a registered nurse and have spent my entire professional life in the healthcare arena. For many years, I have served as health care regulator in many different types of facilities. For this, I travel the country and evaluate the quality of care being provided.

I'm afraid I would have to give Aesthetic Eye and Surgical Arts a fail for making the patient experience a fully informed or comfortable one. No patient wants to have surgery to begin with, and financial responsibility for a major surgery is a concern that must be addressed. No patient should be punished for wanting to know what the cost of a procedure is. But when we asked for assistance in knowing what to expect with regard to cost of this procedure we were chastised, called rude, and made to feel like we were wrong for asking. We were told that "we don't know how much we charge, you'll find out when you are billed. " We decided it wasn't worth the risk, and went elsewhere.

At the end of the day, as healthcare professionals, we hope that we have done our best for our patients and their families. Unfortunately, this did not happen for us at Aesthetic Eye and Surgical Arts.

Dr. Brannan, Diane, and Allison are a talented team and receiving eyelid care from them was a seamless and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the practice as a whole, but specifically for the treatment of chalazions. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and the care was top-notch.

Arriving to Sarasota with only a short window of time to have my chalazions treated, Diane worked to find an open appointment so Dr. Brannan could review and attempt to treat my issue. Dr. Brannan is a friendly physician who knows his trade very well and he didn't waste any time before recommending a well-thought out treatment regime.

Despite our best efforts to avoid surgery, following a week of medication and observation, this outcome was unavoidable. When the day came, Dr. Brannon quickly and expertly took care of cutting and draining the chalazions on my eyelid. I never had any doubts about any of the team members' capabilities and felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

Again, I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Brannan's practice. You'll be in good hands with him and the team.

I really enjoyed my experience at Dr Brannan’s office. He was highly recommended to me by my regular eye doctor at Retina Care Consultant which is a very good practice. The staff is very professional and nice. I enjoyed meeting Diane at the front desk and the nurse. The office is very clean. The wait was minimal. Dr Brannan was very good in diagnosing, explaining and prescribing medication for my condition. The instructions are very clear. Since I will be away for 2 months, he gave an injection for my eye during the same visit. It was pain free and very quick. Highly recommend this doctor.

I was a New patient that needed attention. The receptionist was able to fit me in their tight schedule. They were very courteous, nice, personable and didn’t need a consult like most places. Doctor was able to remove my growth on my eyelid immediately and the best part of it all, it didn’t hurt. Highly recommend coming here.

Dr Paul Brannan did an excellent surgical procedure. I am very pleased with the outcome. Presurgery information was very helpful, allowing me to know exacting what to expect and the timeframe for healing. Post surgery care has been superb also. Dr Brannan and all his staff are very proficient and kind. Dr. Brannan takes time to answer any questions. I never felt rushed and each appointment was either on time or early. Dr. Brannan and his staff go above the norm to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your results. Would recommend highly!
