If I can rate this place zero start I would I don’t even wanna give it 1 star. But here we go starting with the branch manager Martin penalba this guy needs to fired worst manager ever had a meeting with him at 12 pm totally ignored was waiting 15 minutes for him to finish his call I happen to be on a call when he was done I told him to give me a minute which was the time my called had ended went to his office for our meeting and he said oh I’m so sorry I’m getting into another meeting now thank you have a nice day mind if my call took 1 minute I’ve used Afc for 5 years already and never had an issues until this guy started getting involved and if the big bosses of Afc read this please consider hiring a new manager to manage the millions of dollars you guys make off of us small dealers!

In the crises the Country is in "Today" this company raised their fees and cut Dealers available credit line limits. WHAT A DISGRACE THIS COMPANY! Strongly encourage people to do business with Nextgear Capital instead. AMERICANS are sticking together to get through this horrible time and this company raises fees.

As a new dealer, the AFC team was willing to go above and beyond to get our business. After being with them for a short time, every transaction has been easy. Keep it up!

The service is so slow. Ive been here for approximately an hour to get 3 things out of my car. The workers have no sense of urgency and are slightly rude. I asked if there’s any way they can go a little bit faster because I have been waiting a while respectfully and the girl just said ok I mean we’re doing this as fast as we can.
