Called AAA. Auto mechanic Alan from Affordable Battery arrived in under the estimated time. An assistant came with him. They had a white van clearly marked AAA, with the company information displayed. Alan was courteous and clear on the phone and in person. Gave a jumpstart, tested the car battery, explained to us the jumpstart was only a temporary fix, showed us the testing screen display, stating the battery level was at 8%, but at 0% for battery charge, and offered the standard battery replacement at the AAA quoted price, with three warranty. Total came out to $230. Replacement was done quickly and smoothly. Car turned on, and glad to have made it home. Overall a positive experience. Thank you, Alan!

BE CAREFUL! This is one of the worst companies you can come across through AAA, I needed to change a tire, the guy came in, said he could fix my tire for 15 dollars and I agreed, when he put it back he totally wrecked and broke one of my lug nuts. The tire was flat on the floor again after 15 minutes, so I took it to 3 different places to fix it but nobody wanted to take it out because this guy forced all of the lugs so I had to change all of the.

After filing a complaint through AAA, they lied sending a fake picture Denying the whole incident (I'm still fighting to get paid full amount), I spent 370 dollars to fix my tire, so stay away from this fraudulent company better safe then sorry!

Stay away from this company. They are a ripoff company that takes advantage of the AAA logo to ripoff AAA members. Do not buy any products from them as they sell low quality products then refuse to honor them when they go bad. Very, very bad

I wish i could leave -10 for stars. They have a lady answering the phone who sounds like she was on triple PMS's. Worst customer service i have ever come across for no reason.i was checking on an ETA, she yelled at me and hung up, when i called back to ask why she hung up, she said i told you already bye when she never did.then hung up on me again.i called to ask for a supervisor, her response was hell no then hung up. This B.should be locked in a cage by herself. I canceled and reported them to AAA service and going to leave a review in BBB.

Used for towing service through AAA. First day they were 4 hours late, was not able to get car to shop since they closed at 6. Second day 4 hours late, then another 2 hours later showed up. There are many things on the menu I would still like to try. But they don't have a full liquor license. So I doubt I'll be back. Unless it's for lunch.

We especially enjoy the pretzel with beer cheese appetizer, and the homemade french fries.

We used their AAA services to tow one of our fleet trucks due to a bad fuel pump. Not only did they tow the vehicle to their yard, They even provided the mechanic services to replace the fuel pump at a reasonable price. We will be looking to getting this company to manage our fleet as they also provide fleet maintenance services. GREAT AND EASY company to work with.

I would never use this place again. The rude woman on the phone was a nightmare. I can't believe AAA road service is involved with these people. Learn from my mistake. Never use them.

The last driver I dealt with from this company was enough to make me walk away from AAA after many years.

Affordable Battery was sent to my location via AAA. Jim was an absolute doll! He called me to let me know that he was 10mins away and made me laugh with all his silly jokes, he made my experience so much better. He helped me and my fiancé out in a timely manner and gave us a lot of tips and tricks! Unfortunately, we did need a tow and he got one sent our way and the representative that we spoke with briefly was absolutely charming. Thanks again, Jim!

These folks are Awesome, helped me really fast, got me on the road after assisting me, very professional, I got to my job ontime.

I had broken down in the middle of Alligator Alley, And was in quite a panic. Tow Truck driver Johnnie D, communicated with me to reassure me he was on his way. Once he got to my breakdown he was thoroughly helpful and professional. He was wonderful and an asset to your company.

Disaster! Say Away! Unresponsive and unable to complete a simple job. When I escalated management did not even respond. This is the 2nd review I have ever written and the first was positive. Find anyone else!

These people are dishonest and will trick you to buy a battery but they do not honor the warranty. Do not buy your battery from them

They are extremely unprofessional and will rip you off. They are liars and crooks and will not give you a new battery like the warranty says. Very rude, nasty people. It’s a no no no for me

Jim responded within 6 minutes of my telephone call to AAA and arrived in under 20 minutes. He performed a diagnostic test of my battery & alternator prior to replacing the AGM battery that I purchased the day before on my own. The original car battery was 5 years old. I was billed a $45 battery installation charge plus an extra $40 for a Labor Intense Install? The AGM battery is located in the trunk and very accessible, but it is heavy. Quick service

Just wanted to give an enormous thanks to Rudolfo. I had to get my battery replaced and he was really patient while i was trying to figure everything out. He noticed the first battery replacement may not be the best too and instead of forcing it through and me having to call again in a week for another battery issue, he was honest and went and got another one for me.
