They sent a plumber to my house to unclog a shower drain and ended up breaking the bottom hinge of the door. The plumber left the door half open and dangling at an angle and left the house without saying anything about it. I called the office to complain and the woman asked me if it was possible that the door broke by itself. When I said no, she then asked me if it's possible that the door could have broken by itself in a few days because it was old. She was very callous and condescending.

I called back and spoke with the owner who agreed to replace the door. He later changed his mind because the door cost too much.

This was an awful experience. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!

Tech showed up on time! (30 min before appt). He was courteous and professional. Resolved my issue quickly and cleaned up the area. Would definitely refer them to others.

Worst customer service! They have the rudest office lady that answers the phone with no professionalism. Like another recent complaint I was told I would get a call back and nothing yet. Office lady practically yells at me, saying the same thing over and over, " I gave the owner your number and there is nothing more I can do. " Don't waste your time.

Plumber replaced all of the toilet parts. Quick and efficient. Was surprised at how little it cost and how quickly he completed the job.

Andreas was professional and courteous. He did a great job and made sure I was informed and satisfied before he left my house. He went above and beyond. Greatly appreciated.

I own a child care center and called them for a stopped up toilet. They came out, took the toilet off and said they needed a machine and would be back that same day after 3: 30 (we close at 6: 30). A little after 6pm, we called them and told them we would give them the code for the front door if they were coming later. No one came and no phone call. 8am WE called the next day. The lady taking the call claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude. She didn't try to rectify the situation. Blamed us for kids being in the room next to the toilet. Didn't take responsibility for zero cominication and for leaving us with a toilet sitting on the floor. Disgusting way to do business. Unprofessional and rude. How do you treat others like this?

Plumber was rude and extremely unprofessional from the moment I open the door and asked if he wouldn’t mind taking off his shoes. Shows up to fix our shower does not have the part that they need mind you they knew what type of shower we had and did not come with the one main piece to fix any issue with a shower. Called and told them about the experience and never heard anything back.

Andre, the tech, gave me excellent service. I have been in the construction business for 15 years, and this dude is a rockstar. They are lucky to have an employee like that

Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional people, especially the woman that answers the phone.an absolute caustic rude woman. After a very heated discussion i chose to not let them do the work for fear they would mess things up worse. Terrible experience.

Will, was the plumber who came out to install a faucet and main water shut off valve to my condo. He was professional, expert, and worked quickly in order to save me money. Everything was done perfectly and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done! Will went the extra mile to find the underground shutoff valve for the water for the condominium building I live in even though that should have been done before he got there. Will, it's a complete asset to this company and if you want great work done this is the guy to do it!

Bad service.got them for replacing the value for my refrigerator. One guy named in it wanted to get cut the wall to put in a new one without even asking for permission. One guy in it was good and somehow fixed it. Stay away.there are many Available

Wouldn't come to give us a estimate because it was an overflow from the washing machine so went with someone else

Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately.you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately. I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday about what I feared was a slab leak (but I told them my water was off so it wasn't a rush) and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Hayley was my plumber and she was so good! She was able to diagnose the problem with my weird old house plumbing and find the leak, which luckily was not under my house! Once she found it, she patched up both (copper) pipes that had holes in them. She was very professional and personable. I will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready to re-pipe my house.

Came out early, even though they encountered minor trouble, they came back and got the job done. Highly recommend them to anyone.

The value of the business is very low based on my experience due to the fact I was COMPLETELY over charged for a service that cost me $400 less from another plumbing company. The plumber put in an unnecessary hole in my wall and did not throughly check the issues I had in my house. Quickly said “there’s no problem here”. This company is not affordable and does not do their due diligence to have a satisfied customer. I prefer to go to Darley’s Plumbing.

I requested a quote to repipe my home and even though they came out the same day to give me an estimate, I never heard from them again. I was supposed to get the estimate in an email the next day but there was no email. 2 days later I called to check on the estimate and gave them my email again, in case they mistyped it, I was told I would receive it that day or the next day latest and still nothing after almost two weeks. Obviously they didn't want to do the job but at least have the curtesy to call and tell me instead of wasting my time waiting for a call or email. I could've hired another company much sooner. This is not the way to run a company.
