Awesome experience. We had an appointment so they started on our car as soon as we got there. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Took my car in because my AC was blowing cool sometimes and hot other times. Also, needed an oil change. Booked an appointment online and received an email back the next day confirming my appt. When I showed up, the guys behind the counter acted like I was bothering them. Told them I had an appt and was told they don't take appointments. Agreed to look at my car with no guarantees about the AC as they said they could only fix it if it was blowing hot when they checked. I didn't feel good about it but left my car anyway at about 10am. Called the shop at 3pm to check status and they had just brought it back to look at it. Picked it up a few mins before close. I was charged reasonably for the oil change and they didn't charge me to look at the AC. But they didn't fix it. They called me on the way to pick it up and told me it was working fine. I was cool with it as they had already set the expectations low. I was not happy, however, when they tried to tell me condescendingly that there wasn't an issue and I just wasn't giving the AC a chance to cool off. Lived in Florida most of my life and I think I can tell when an AC is or isn't working.

They were the epitome of Auto excellence they took care of my vehicle same day and I was stranded over a hundred miles from home and they took care of it with no issues no problems

Took my car to Ford was told that my thermostat was leaking. Was quoted $715.91. I decided to get another estimate and took my car to Angler auto repair. I spoke to Kelly and the estimate was no where near what Ford quoted me. I had the thermostat fixed and got front brakes for my Mustang. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but Angler. Very happy with there service. They saved me a lot of money on my repairs. And the staff there is awesome. Thank you for everything.

Agner was GREAT! They fixed my car, earlier than I expected, and it's running great! I had gotten estimates from 3 other shops, and Agner by far was the best price and fastest. I finally have found an auto repair that is convenient for me and has great pricing. The man I dealt with was very polite and informative.

They repaired my Audi's AC by ordering/receiving a dealer-only sensor and installing it the same day. You owe it to yourself to try them for your future repairs. They have earned the highest rating possible from me.

I wouldnt take my car any where else. Legit mechanics and people not out here to rip you off like most places

They finished servicing my AC where another shop had done shady work. The compressor quick making noises and it blows ice cold. Plus I've been buying parts from them for years and I know their prices are always reasonable even compared to the major chain stores out there.

I unfortunately had to take my business elsewhere. The problem lies when they tell me to come in at 8: 00 am and that they would look at my vehicle within the hour. After waiting nearly 2 1/2 hours, I discovered they had not even looked at my vehicle.

All they would need to do is simply communicate with me but they chose not to.

I have had trouble with my headlights since I got the car. It appears there was a small leak in the driver side headlight casing. Not only did Agner replace the bulbs, but they fixed the leak. I have had it worked on two times before with no luck having to replace the bulbs due to the moisture causing them to blow. To top it off, they were cheaper than the two previous repairs since you have to take the front assembly off to get to them. I highly recommend Agner.

Agents staff are very helpful and honest. They are always polite and courteous. I recommend them highly.

This is the most honest and best customer service I have ever had at a car shop! I will never take my car anywhere else again. These guys saved me over $800 from what a corporate car place was trying to charge me. They where honest and told me what actually needed to be done and had me in and out within hours but even offered to give me a ride home if needed! I will have all my family and friends come here from now on and recommend them to everyone!

I received a huge estimate of work that a local dealership claimed had to be done. I took it to Agner and found that most of the list was not necessary. Agner is honest and they are great mechanics that stand behind their work.
I never want to go back to having sales people tell me what needs to be replaced on my car! Agner is the best. It is a pleasure going to them for all my auto needs. It is also great to have actual repairs done instead of unnecessary replacements.

Very affordable and the staff is friendly as well. I came here after Pep Boys wanted to charge me $770 for a front end brake job. Only paid $188 here.

On two occasions I've had my car break down in Orlando and both times they were extremely reasonable and timely with the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone living in the Orlando area.

If you want an honest repair shop with more than fair pricing, this is your place. I've gone here twice now and both times I wasn't pressured or misquoted about the service I received. Very pleased.
