I followed Patricia from her previous place. She does an amazing job every time. I've never had acrylics done so nicely and stay on so long. She does excellent nail art as well.

Make sure if you ever go to this establishment that you are very clear about your time constraints. I’ve been going here for a while as a walk in and never had a problem. Today I walked in and told them that I was short on time and could I have my nails and toes done at the same time. They said no but it said they could do my toes first and my nails after. After taking an hour and 10 minutes to do my toes, they told me I would have to wait 35 minutes for someone to do my nails after 10 people walked in after me. They then proceeded to argue with me and have the customers attack me with them. I paid and left, and will never go back here again. I have never been so disrespected, mortified, and reprimanded in my whole life. One lady asked me why I wouldn’t give myself enough time to enjoy it. I explained I didn’t have that luxury and she told me everyone has problems and I’m not the only one. The owners workers and customers all ganged up on me when they could’ve simply been honest with me to begin with. Worst experience of my life this place is awful.

Owner response after my post was they take clients with appointments first.then you should have told me you didn't have time to start instead of lying, getting me half way served and then telling me to wait another 35 minutes. Don't lie and honor your appointments before they get there. You knew you didn't have time if you had all those appointments.

I always got Taylor. (Not sure if I spelled their name right.) Everyone is friendly and professional, really seems like everyone gets along.

Absolutely PHENOMINAL place. I’ve gone here many times, and every time Van does a fantastic job! Very meticulous, friendly, and makes sure you leave with your nails looking amazing! The biggest thing for me is how they don’t rush you through, they really take their time and listen to you and what you want. Everyone there is super friendly (and they put something on your fingers that smells amazing too). I love this place and will continue to come back

I gave 2 stars for 2 gel dip manicures I got from "Terry", a former nail technician there a few months ago. On my 3rd time, the gel dip manicure was poorly done and gel top coat started peeling within 4 days. Technician insisted on cutting/shaping nails at end, AFTER applying top coat.not sure why, as this usually breaks seal of top coat, making polish susceptible to fast wear and tear.
Other than this unpleasant service, staff is nice and facility is clean.

The lady that did my pedicure did a great job. She did great on my gel Polish as well. I could have done without her digging her fingernail into my toe while painting but I won’t hold it against her.

Kenny is the "bomb". Very gentle with drill and excellent workmanship. The ladies are friendly and also aim to please

Amazing pedicures, and did my nails perfect too. My gf and I came in, the sisters took care of us and I've never had a better pedicure ever. From the chairs to the wonderful foot massage, great pedicures, friendly and outstanding customer service. The whole experience was Top Notch. We will definitely be back. I'm completely addicted. Thank you!

I went in today to get my nails done and they are nothing like the photo I showed. I asked for this specific nail design to be done and when I called and came in almost a week ago they said that they could do it. I paid 65 dollars for this set which was the same price if I was able to get the ACTUAL nails I wanted done. My nail tech Terry who did my nails properly was not here today. I feel cheated.
