I've dealt with a lot of AC issues and repair men. I will say Mark and his son are the best in Pinellas County. I was without AC for about a week and call multiply business looking for help. Never once tried to over price me, only wanted to help with the issues before hand. Thanks Mark.

Recently I needed a part to fix my mothers air conditioning. Air Conditioning Heating & Services of Tampa Bay was recommended to me. The owner himself helped make sure I was getting the right part and made it super easy for me purchase and pick up. He took his time with me and made sure that the whole thing went smoothly. Had a appointment made lady never call to tell me her address installer was running late when i called to see why no one showed up she said she called me to let me know he was coming at all i never received a call and she wanted to rebook me two days out. I returned from being out of town for thanksgiving to a warm house, ac not working. Talked to Mark and Mark (father son) about my situation as my wife works at home and guests arriving. The same day they came out and inspected, assessed and came up with a solution. They then personally gave me options to replace. Within 48 hours working air again and a new unit. Mark is a very honest business owner and focused on integrity! He has earned my business and appreciate his teams hard work.

I had just recently purchased my first home and three months later my blower/fan was stuck on.
