Jonathan Ramos was great! My diffuser was faulty and he was very helpful getting it replaced. Great customer service would highly recommend air essentials my house smells great!

I simply LOVE my Air Esscentials scent machines. My house always has a pleasant smell greeting me when I walk in. I have a cat and I keep a smaller machine in the room that has the litter box but you can never smell the cat or the litter. It’s like magic! Thank You Air Esscentials!

Reached out for customer support after hours through their website. They responded in the AM. Supported me through a trouble shooting process and determined the unit needs to be sent back. They sent labels, and expedited the process. This is the way it should work but rarely does. Bravo to Air Essentials here. Particular thanks to Lakeisha Gorden!
