They were so helpful! I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with them this morning. My father was recently hospitalized and discharged to a nursing home. We weren't able to take his dog, so we had to ship the dog to my sister on the west coast. We arrived at 5: 15am only to find out we had purchased the wrong type kennel. The staff here helped us acquire a new kennel last minute, built it and cleaned it for us and took care of everything for us. It was such a blessing. We went there in crisis mode trying to take care of my elderly father and his dog, and their kindness made this hard time so much nicer. These folks are awesome! A shout out to Lindsay and Stan, who were especially helpful!
