On 1/25/20 your employee conrad came to my residence to look at my ac unit the fan was staying on he came to the door without looking at my ac and said it needed a x13 fan it would cost 850 to repair or 6500 for a new ac i paid him 70 dollars he went outside took a picture of the ac with his phone got in his van and took off without giving a receipt or a written estimate on 1/26/2020 i had my ac unit looked at by another repair man he found it had a new fan already but it was wired wrong on 1/27/2020 i called to complain and asked for a refund i was told i would be getting a call from a supervisor it has been 45 days or more still waiting i have called a few times left messages still nothing it appears this company is avoiding me or need 70 dollars real bad everybody be aware these guys are ripoffs

This business looked up my not so aged AC for me when it stopped working, and informed me that the warranty had expired a year ago, and that I needed a new AC, which I could not afford. My boyfriend stepped in and took out a loan and bought me a new AC and financed it. I declined to let Air Pros remove my 4year old AC because I thought I still had to have sone paperwork on it somewhere in my house.and why did they want the old one without asking and expressed reluctance to give it back? Turns out the reason was that my AC was under full parts warranty for five and a half more years and could have been fixed for the cost of labor. I confronted them but they decline to make it right. They refuse to own up to the fact that they ripped me off, didn’t even pull permits, and now I’m stuck making $400 payments a month that I truly can’t afford and it is devastating my life. Air Pros. You are pure evil. I hope everyone who uses you goes to the building department at the county to see if you pulled permits for their address and if no, makes you get them now, after the fact. You deserve back the karma you deliver. Keep

It has been 7 months and Anthony at Air Pros Ocala has yet to contact me and take care of his customer. I trusted them and had been so happy when I thought they were the company to use. Apparently they think I should pay for their “mistake”. Not one accommodation or apology or effort to acknowledge responsibility.

My heat pump condensing unit fan was not running. After much research, I contacted Air Pros. Within minutes, I received an email from them giving me the name of the technician who was already on the way. Their technician Jamie Nicholas was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Their service call (or diagnostic) fee is lower than everyone else's and if you have them do the work, they will waive that charge. I highly recommend Air Pros for any AC work that you may need.

My name roger hisle 6287 in belleview Konrad was at my house by 12: 30 and he did everything that he could to get me a new a/c and heat for my house at very good price I couldn’t thank him enough he was very respectful and knowledgeable he knows what he’s doing I would recommend him to any of my friends if I was this company I would not get rid of him he’s a big asset to Airpros he spoke very highly of his company.thank you Konrad 02/19/20

The request for a service appointment was handled expeditiously, the service was performed in a very professional manner, the technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient, he provided valuable information and sound advise.
I would recommend this company.

Air Pro's of Ocala's representative Konrad was very knowledgeable about my needs of a new heat & air system. Konrad was very professianal and easy to talk with. We were able to talk about alternatives, and decide which would be best for me and my family.
He proved to me he was up on all the new equipment which would be necessary, and getting the most for my dollars and investment.

Steve Conley was superb. I had a problem. He responded quickly and efficiently leaving me with the problem solved and having more confidence in my decision to purchase from Air Pro. Bought brand new unit in July 2019 been having problems with the heating ever since. Workers have been sent here continuiosly and still can not get heat to work right. Unit runs constantly and never ever reaches set temperature. Hopefully this can be fixed or replaced quickly. Not very pleased at this time.

Konrad was very knowledgeable on the maintenance reqts. Very professional and detailed. Quickly performed tasks and took time to explain all aspects of work performed and answered all questions. Very pleased with service. Also mentioned referral program and provided additional AirPros cards for neighbors.

I have dealt with several service companies in most trades both privately and proffessionately. I found my experience with them to be exceptional. From 1st contact with the office to the technician (Steve 3130) who diagnosed and resolved the issue. Communication was outstanding, and I was completely satisfied.

The Service Tech was great. Came out the day prior and fixed my Nest Thermostat within minutes and my wife and I were so happy. But the same tech (Konrad) came out the following day to do a service on my air
Cond.my concern was the length of time he was out here at my home. The maintenance took all but maybe 7-9 minutes and he was saying goodbye.there was another person with him that I think he was training, not sure, but either way how can a service tech check out all the areas of an air conditioner in that small amount of time?
I was with another company for close to eight yrs.and all of a sudden switched to you guys to see how well you all do? I was so impressed day number one with the thermostat I just had to switch over. But the company I was with always took about 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes more sometimes less. Everything was spotless clean when they finished including the outside where all the leaves gather (fan). I didn’t have that personal care, in fact as soon as they left I had to go out and unscrew the top and suck all the leaves out within the fan area. I’m over a tree so it gets messy. I’m not lazy by any means.but neat and tidy I am. I feel that when he comes out the second time and should he spend about the same amount of time then I paid $140 for 12-15 minutes worth of work. I am not Bill Gates by any means. I live off Soc. Sec.and every single penny counts. So put everything together = I was concerned.

The money is ok. I just want a good job done and my a/c to last me.

I will see how the next time goes because it’s paid for, whether I change back to my previous A/C Company
that also will be up to you.

By the way. Konrad, your service tech.seems to be very knowledgeable and polite.

We purchased new system a couple of months ago from Air Pros in Ocala.
The installation had much to be desired, with wires exposed and pvc not properly insulated. It looked unfinished. They came out and rectified the problem. Now when the first time we needed heat, the unit did not work. Only cold air came through the vents. Air Pros does not service residential homes on Sunday and the answering service put us down for service on Monday between 8 and noon. In the morning I received a call saying they would be out between 1 and 3 PM. We were not happy. When the techs came out Konrad and Clarke were professional. Konrad knew that the problem was an incompatible thermostat for our unit. In addition, the wiring from the initial installation was not correct. They fixed the problem.

The heating works great and because of Konrad and Clarke we will continue to keep Air pros as our AC service company.
