Air Shield Heating & Cooling, Ellenton FL

I was welcomed by Carrie today and Carrie spend more than a hour doing maintenance and explaining what needs to be done. I am well pleased with Carrie and the Air Shield Heating and Cooling company -I suggest you call them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. Carrie did suggest that since we are snowbirds Carrie recommended a WIFI thermostat so we can keep an eye on our unit while in Upstate NY - never thought about that - great suggestion. Check them out! Awesome

Brandon was knowledgeable and provided helpful information. Also appreciate Nick for the courtesy and consideration of our maintenance agreement for today’s service.

Has a lot of patience to explain and advise.very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions.

Jeff came out and fixed our ACE vent, was a pleasure to have him in our home and he did the job perfectly.

Carrie from Air Shield conducted our annual AC inspection. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing. She was respectful of our property.

10/18/2022: The response time was amazing—less than an hour—and the service tech explained the problem and immediately resolved it. I’ve been with this Air Shield franchise for over a decade and you couldn’t pay me enough to change.

Nick is an amazing technician. He came in an emergency visit during Thanksgiving because my air stopped blowing cold. He was meticulous in finding out the issue and discussing my options with me. He was kind and replaced my broken thermostat very quickly. This is the second technician I worked with from AirSheild and I would recommend them to anyone. Absolutely superb service.

Air shield, top notch company, call today the ac unit stop running less than a hour they were at home and got the ac back up and running they take great care of us, doing the check up every 6 months, and all there Technicians are great they explain what they check and give you comfort on knowing that your ac is up and running great,
