I give this company and the service tech- Casey five stars. Casey was very professional on time for the appointment, very honest about repairing my A/C saved me extra expenses. The tech even went out of his way to find a part for my A/C. I have met a lot of dishonest techs and contractors trying to fix my house after the flood - thank you Casey and Aire Serv for making your service a good experience!

I needed a new motor in my heat pump. Robby came out to talk to me and had what I needed in his truck, so it was installed and is working great!

After hours answering service (national?) was a little off, but they booked the appointment (didn't send the confirmation) and showed up on time. Sara in the local office was very helpful and the repair crew was right on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and didn't try the outrageous upsells like so many HVAC companies. Recommend!

Quoted way to high after "free" service call. They never even checked the equipment and said it needed replacement, didn't get a good vibe. Asked for the quote in writing and never heard back.

I had an issue with my HVAC system. I called first thing in the morning and they send out Robby by 3pm the same day. He did diagnostic tests on my system to make sure everything was working properly and I also had him install a surge protector. Robby was professional, friendly and very thorough. I have had this company out to my house several times and have always been very happy with the service from the sweet girl that answered the phone to the great technicians. I would highly recommend this company

Very good experience. They responded quickly and had a estimator come out promptly. Robby the technician was thorough and a listened to my concerns. He did a great job cleaning my dryer vent and servicing my HVAC. The entire experience was great. There is email and text communication about setting up the appointment, when and who the technician is and when they are their way, and after the services are complete. I am definitely using them again.
