I reached out and was immediately contacted, within less than 24 hours my washer was delivered and the men made sure it worked before leaving. Initially when I went to the location the man did not speak english but was so friendly and quick to get who I can only assume was one of the owners on the phone. All 4 people I interacted with were friendly, competent, and respectful! Happy I found them, any future issues I will be reaching out again.

My RV LG Residential refrigerator would not cool after arriving in my rv at a Port Charlotte, Fl rv resort. I called LG since the compressor is still under warranty and they provided me with 3 certified LG tech’s near me. I called all 3 numbers with no luck. Frustrated, I called AK Appliances for a repair and told them the fridge was in my camper, but I had already pulled it out of the cabinet and it is sitting out in an open space in my living room. They said “no problem. ” In two days the tech was there and quickly told me my compressor was bad. Since it was under warranty, the tech easily explained me that I had to contact Lg first and provide LG with AK Appliances’ information so a Letter of Authorization can be sent to AK Appliance. The tech provided me with all the information that LG would ask for. AK Appliances received the letter the same day, completed it and immediately and sent it back to LG so the compressor could be sent to AK Appliances on my behalf. One week later, the compressor was received by AK Appliances and compressor tech installed it in my fridge. The tech, Alex, was great. He kept me up to date by txts. The compressor tech that accompanied Alex for installation was very good. The problem with replacing a residential refrigerator in a camper, the only way in/out is to remove a window. These fridges are also very heavy. AK Appliances save me a lot of aggravation. Thanks

Was recommended this place because I'm in the market for a washer and dryer and don't want to buy brand spanking new right now. The gentleman was really nice, and showed me straight to what I needed, minus the dryer as I have gas hookup. Paid for my item and will have it delivered in less than 24 hours!

I was looking for a good used washing machine that was NOT water efficient that had an agitator. I was looking on FB marketplace and AK Appliance popped up. I stopped in and Geo was very helpful! I wanted something basic where I could control the water level so it would actually clean my clothes. Geo found the perfect washer at a reasonable price. It was in great condition, it cleans my clothes great and I love it! I’m very happy! Thank you!

He wasn't giving up lol, and he did indeed fix my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. I purchased a used $250 washer. The washer had some problems and they came out right away and exchange the washer. I really truly thought when I bought it on Facebook marketplace I was screwed. But no Alex came out and made sure that I was taken care of. I really do recommend this company. Great, great company.

What a GREAT experience with Alex from AK Appliances! From my initial inquiry, to service, timeline, friendly communication and cost, it was a pleasant transaction! Alex was on time, left me a work order with work and cost details. Fixed our dryer on my timeline working around my crazy schedule. Will definitely call again! A+

First off let me just start by saying the world was a beautiful Place until big box stores came in and crushed all the mom and pop stores. Well not all of them. This is where AK appliances comes in. My washer had died and I wasn't looking forward to going to one of the big box stores paying eight hundred bucks for a new one. So, I decided to look and see what I could find on facebook. I found AK appliances. I went down to see them they were in an industrial kind of area, Wasn't sure what to expect. But when I walked in I saw a great selection of appliances, Really good prices, And customer service that none of the big box stores could ever touch. I made my selection and turns out I was able to get my delivery the same day. Alex came in, Unhooked my old washer wheeled it away, Wheeled in the new one hooked it all up and made sure everything was right. So far total satisfaction, I was given a sixty day warranty on this particular item, Box stores would have only given me thirty. Somewhere around my forty fifth or fiftieth day, The washer started to leak on the inside of the washer into the drum. I called to let them know. I wasn't able to find my receipt, But I was pretty sure it was within the sixty days. They said no problem. Alex came out the next day, Realized what part Was defective, Ordered it on the spot while he was there. He said as soon as it comes in he'd be back to put it in. Sure enough two days later I got a call and he was on his way. Ten minutes after being here, part was replaced washer was good as new. Take that! Big box stores!
I hope this helps other people save money, and realize there is more to life than big corporate stores.

This company is great to work with! Found their Facebook page when I was looking for a washer and dryer. They had one on there I was interested in but it was already claimed but no worries there they contacted me right away with many other options. All the staff was amazing. The delivery guys were fast and friendly. Everything was all set and done in a day. Love that it comes with a warranty in the beginning can’t beat that. And if something ever goes wrong I know who I’m calling. I highly recommended this company! Support local businesses!
