I would give no star if I could. This radiology center has not a good service. I got ultrasound service on the mid way of pregnancy for checking babies health. They charge you same price but lack of service. Their devices has not colorful image showing. Probably not last tech. Not like 3D images. They are not using like the devices at hospitals. I am so disappointed to go there to take ultrasound service.

Horrible time management and scheduling. I waited over two hours to be seen WITH an appointment. I would not recommend this place.

I visited this office and found it to be clean and the office staff were very helpful and very pleasant. The reviews I read I do not agree with.

The ultrasound lady was very sweet.even though it was a hard time for us she made it better in a sense.

Terrible front desk people. Super rude. Will never go back. Talked down to all patients. Very disrespectful!
Ct and Mri techs were nice.

This place has absolutely horrible customer service. I have called them 5 times in the last week as I wanted to get my test images to my PCP. I already had to cancel one appointment since they never bothered calling me back or responding to my voicemail. Now I finally try to catch hold of the Kennedy center and they conveniently wash their hands off the poor customer service at Armenia since they are 2 different locations. Technically they are the same company but they don’t want to own up to their mistakes. Today, I need to cancel one more appointment and I can’t meet my doctor until 2 more weeks later all because they are so lazy to pick up their calls. If you expect to see the reports for the tests you take with them, please don’t consider going here because you may be dead by the time they send you the reports.

2 stars for employees doing tests. Front reception, not so much. Walked in the 1 girl up front was uncouth. Opened window said, "sign in. " Closed the window. Got up to join a social crew, came back sat, still never looked at sign in board. 10 minutes later, another receptionist came over and looked at board.

This is by far the worse place to ever go for an ultrasound. The lady is unaware of how to do her job & gives incorrect information to patients on how far along they are.
