Do yourself a favor and seek a more qualified professional. Furthermore, the examining doctor exhibits extreme rudeness and has the audacity to suggest that the CT scan won't alleviate your pain, questioning why you're pursuing it. Remember, you're not a doctor, so kindly refrain from giving unsolicited advice.

The Miami Beach location is very convenient and the technicians very polite and helpful. However, the young girl attending the front desk is very rude. A smile doesn’t hurt anyone, but will make a difference is someone’s day.
Choose better staff to deal with people.

My appointment was at 9: 30
They brought me in 9: 55
The employees were very nice
But, at the end they couldn’t give me my disc with the results because of the system being down.
I’m supposed to call today and get it or go by tomorrow.

Horrible experience, Emanuel at the front desk was completely unprofessional and was no help at all. He added 2 and a half hours to me sitting in the waiting room because he didnt want to look for a document that he had in the system the entire time that he swore wasn’t there.

The front desk attendant was unorganized and did not provide to my doctor the information that he was supposed to send

It was a somewhat difficult test for me, I was a little nervous, but I received good care that made me feel better, thank you very much.

Great experience all around! Front receptionist was great, very knowledgeable. MRI tech was amazing and is very thorough.

Service ok. But waited almost 2 hrs for a 20 min MRI. Then another 20 min for the data CD to be completed.

Once you get through presenting all the required documents, no one will let you know until you arrive, they take care of business. The people that they hire to work the front desk, could be better trained in client relations.

Gentleman at check in was courteous and helpful.
The tech was also very nice, answered my questions and puts you at ease.

Place was bare and dirty, there was a dead roach in the changing room. Service was fast but the facility was not clean and organized. I told the front desk there was a dead roach and he just ignored me and left it there for the other patients to enjoy.

The process was very smooth and pretty quick from the time I arrived to the time I left. I was very nervous because I’m not a fan of those tests and the tech was very polite and patient. The gentleman at the front desk was nice as well. I would definitely go there again if I ever need testing done even if it’s a bit of a drive for me.

Had an MRI here, very happy with the experience and Rich was a very professional technician. Facilities are little frills, but medical tech & process look good. Support businesses like this that have affordable cash pay options.

Akumin is awesome specially Miami Beach office. I got lost (yes even with JPS) Ian’s I was very late, but they were so kind that took care of me right away. Waiting time is not bad. Highly recommend it

There was a system failure network wide during my visit. My 7.45am appointment didn't take place until 2.30pm because neither the equipment nor the software system that runs the facility worked. Apparently its the second time it happened in short period of time. The CT scan report was written with mistake and was unclear.

The receptionist and staff members were quick, efficient, kind and accommodating. I arrived several hours early and they managed to squeeze me in without hesitation. Thank you

Not only it took 2 weeks to schedule and only after bad review to get a manger to help with scheduling. Its taking also time to get the urgent results sent to the doctor. This company service its just not good. A manager can reach me to take down the review maybe it will help also this time to get service.

Hello guys want to tell you that acumen was nice and clean and quick and I didn’t have to buy the parking myself. They had a valet so this morning on Good Friday was a great Friday. Thank you guys happy to deal with you. Have a nice weekend.
