Went to find out why i was blacking out when i tipped my head back and the tech wouldn't do the us with my head tilted. Have to talk to my doctor, but this was frustrating.

Very pleasant and patient staff, the mammogram tech was very gentle and comforting and the ultrasound tech was as well. They made me feel very relaxed and at ease.

Had appointments for two separate tests, 1 1/2 hrs apart. They were able to do them back to back. I was in and out in half an hour. Thanks for accommodating me.

My Monday morning appt went smoothly. I didn’t have much paperwork to fill out and the TV was turned to AFH videos so no politics or need for a back story and the volume was low. I was called back for my procedure quickly and it was done well and quickly. I couldn’t ask for better.

Wait time was short and not too many people in waiting room at the same time. Great service!

Called to make an appointment for my yearly mammogram and was laughed at by Noah when I said I didn't have my doctor referral form in front of me. I didn't have a referral last year when making an appointment, silly me for thinking I would need it when scheduling this years. When he tried to explain why I needed it, he talked in circles and didn't make an ounce of sense. If you can't handle a phone call without an attitude and properly explaining things without laughing, please consider another career.

The personnel were friendly, kind and efficient. The service was awesome. It was my first MRI experience. I'm glad it went well. I have piercings didn't need to remove them, as I thought. Thanks

Zero Stars! We had to cancel my endocrinologist appointment because this office could not give me ultrasound report for my specialist appointment!

They never called, never email, never text, made several trips to office to try and get reports!

The office was unprofessional when I finally made contact, stating computer systems issues!

Completely unexceptionable for a Dr. Office dealing with serious client issues! Days later I found they charged the complete service to my medical insurance knowing that I never received my result then I had to pay for another ultrasound in different medical center, I recommend AJAY VARANASI MD, TAMPA BAY DIABETES THYROID AND ENDOCRINOLOGY CENTER, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL they were great and everything was Quick!

The lady at the front desk it's very nice very knowledgeable very helpful and goes above and beyond for everyone however I cannot give the same compliment to the person that did my x-ray maybe she was just having a bad day

I came in on crutches after surgery with a broken ankle, doors did not have a handicap button to open. Almost fell trying to open the door. Receptionist was cold, never looked up from her computer screen. Staff did not offer any assistance, handed me a clipboard with a paper to fill out even though they could clearly see I had mobility issues (where do you put a clipboard when you're on crutches?) Whatever happened to quality caring patient care?

I needed some scans done right away. And they got me in within a couple of hours and got it all taken care of very pleased.

In my 45 years of age, I have NEVER had anything so dirty done to me anywhere. A month ago, during a routine mammogram, they found a mass in one of my breasts. I have to do a special mammogram to see if it is cancer or not. I made an appointment in Akumin. When there were two days left to do it, they called me to cancel it because they had "problems with the system. " The system was down for two weeks. I made the appointment again in Akumin and, with less than a week left, they canceled the appointment again. I called to ask for explanations and first they told me that the technician will not be there on the day of my appointment because HE WILL BE SICK. Later they told me that the truth is that in that center there are not the necessary machines for these tests. Be very careful with this clinic. If you can, go somewhere else before it's too late. I'm going to report them.

Professional staff and right on time! I finished my paperwork and they called me in for my mammogram.

I was in and out, the staff was very professional and help me because I forgot my glasses to read the papers to fill out amazing

I showed up to simply schedule an appointment for an exray and another service requested by my primary care physician and the receptionist was the absolute best. She got me scheduled for same day service and both the x-ray and ultrasound technicians were phenomenal. I am so very grateful for their assistance in making my visit an absolute pleasure?
