Denna and Stacey were professional and pleasant. The lady at the front desk was abrupt and cold. There was also a long wait time of over an hour to be seen by the technician.

I couldn't believe how fast they were and efficient. And, the receptionist was very friendly. I felt very comfortable going there. I give them six stars not five.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Answered my questions. They work very diligently. Went smoothly and quick process and in and out.

I only ran in with an order to try and make an appt.
Once I asked they got me right in after another patient.
I have been there when it's super busy and a few times with less people but ALWAYS am treated with the utmost respect, acknowledgement that my time too is important and a sincere desire to assist with my needs.
They make eye contact, they listen, they don't rush you, they don't treat you like another name and insurance number.
When you don't feel well and have to go to these facilities, the last thing you want or need is to be treated as though you are invisible and that you are simply another means for the employee to fulfill their 8 hour or so shift. Quite the contrary here.

I had a very comfortable time at Akumin. I wish I could remember my assistants name because she was very nice, professional and courteous towards me and my whole procedure. I wld recommend if you need anything done in this field.

I had an 12: 30 appointment at Akumin, at the Plantation location, on December 12th. Upon arrival, the waiting area was full.
I was very impressed by the way every single staff member collaborated, in one accord, to meet the needs of all who were waiting to be seen. As the saying goes: Team work makes the dream work.
I was so impressed that I brought them 2 bouquets of flowers.

I was very happy with the swift professional nature of the two technicians and the onboarding person receiving patients. The only issue I have, which was swiftly resolved by this team of professionals, was that my appointment with Akumin was cancelled by someone at Akumin earlier the same day. In addition, I was instructed to fast for 4 hours, drink 20 oz of water 1 hour prior to my ultrasound, and to not urinate before the ultrasound. I was informed by the technician who provided the service that this was not necessary for the kind of ultrasound for which I had been scheduled. Unfortunate waste of time.

Timeliness was perfect: I was asked to come 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out papers. Then I was ushered in for my imaging test. The tech was friendly and explained the procedure in easy to understand terms. The front desk were courteous. I highly recommend this Akumin facility (Plantation Gardens),

I was a walkin and there was an opportunity to have a chest Xray done. Only waited about 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice as always.
