Everyone was kind and friendly! Didn't have to wait long! I wish you would paint inside! It's so drab.a little paint would really perk it up

Original appointment had to be re-scheduled due to X-ray technician availability. But second appointment went very smoothly. I arrived at the prescribed time. Check-in paperwork was minimal. Receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The technician called me from the lobby exactly at my scheduled time. Imaging took less than 5 minutes. Checking out was totally painless. Overall very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the lobby, bathroom and x-ray room. I’d recommend Akumin any day of the week.

My appointment started off a little rocky when I received a call front the front desk receptionist asking me to reschedule my appointment due to a technician calling out sick. I became extremely aggravated because this was not the first time that this has happened to me. I was literally 5 minutes away from the office and was arriving 45 mins early. However, I explained to the front desk receptionist Sophia my situation she emphasized with me and she remained very professional not allowing my aggravation to alter her professionalism. Sophia was able to get me seen not at my original appointment time but not too far from it. I was really happy with the way Sophia handled my situation and because of her and Mrs. Marie my technician I will definitely return to Akumin if needed.

My visit to this agency was very professional and overall, without hesitation I will give it 5 stars.

Front desk staff unbelievably rude. Need to be taught basic customer service skills and proper forms of address. The folks actually doing the procedures were great! Night and day difference.

Wait was extremely long, all the patients that came after me was called & I had to go to the desk for reminder - 45 minutes. Workers were extremely loud & sociable amongst each other behind the counter. That was very unprofessional.

Today was horrible waiting one and a half hours for my extras to be done, never in all the yrs I have been coming to this facility.

Love this place at 911 Oak St. They provide quick appointments and very good costumer services

The appointments are easy to make and the employees are courteous to the customers. The techs are helpful and very knowledgeable and they complete the tasks quickly and efficiently. You will be very satisfied.

Amazing customer service. The lady that performed the Mammogram was very nice and gentle, unlike the other lady that was really rough.
