Everything was so good! From the time I arrived and was greeted right away, all my insurance information was taken and I was called back to get changed. Kevin/ what can I say about her my lifelong friend was very good at introducing me to the new mammo tech Megan who was excellent at her job. Very quick and efficient. Met mri tech Maria on the way out and she was very sweet and knowledgeable too!

The ultrasound tech and front desk associates are amazing. So nice and helpful. The appointment calling service not so great.the person who called to set my appointment was difficult to understand, didn’t send the confirmation text as they said they would. And then I received a call reminder for my appointment 2 hours after my appointment.

Akumin is a patient friendly atmosphere. I had a very gentle & pleasant experience and my tech was a phenomenon young lady.
It was a long wait to get my MRI. You asked me to be there 15 minutes before my appointment and then had to wait for an hour and half
From the time you check in until you leave— very positive attitudes! Megan was my first expert conducting my mammogram who made me comfortable and at ease! My next expert was my bone scan who was very knowledgeable and explained the why’s and how’s with expertise. I apologize to my bone scan expert- she introduced herself however my brain after my mammogram was mush! Thank you ladies for a great experience! I will schedule my future testing at Akumin Fleming Island!
