I would rate 0 if possible. The receptionists are extremely rude. They have no "bedside manner" and seem to be clueless on how to actually do their jobs. They will refuse to tell you how much a co-pay is or what coding will be used when they bill your insurance. I walked out without being seen. I refuse to subject myself to such poor care. I will not accept medical services without knowing 100% what my portion of the bill is. If I do not know for certain what insurance is covering, then I am not accepting the service. Their office could not even tell me that. They sat behind the desks laughing at me for refusing to sign thier wavier and for wanting to know the costs. How unprofessional! Go anywhere but here!

First time and last time I will go into this place, The parking lot looks terrible, but I didn't expect to find the inside the same, The place is just outright DIRTY, I didn't want to sit in any of the chairs because there was so much dirt in them, figured that while I'm walking back and forth the two ladies at the desk would have at least ask me if there was a problem, they never said a word, I was actually AFRAID to have the Mammogram done, because of FEAR of the room where it would be done would also be dirty, it wasn't so bad, the young lady that did the exam was very clean and she also made all the equipment before using it, When I was suppose to remove my clothes from the waist up, I was told to put them in a little closet and once I opened the door to it I took my clothes and folded them and put them in my purse, With all that's going on now in the world how could a place where people are taking chances on there life already come into it, the craziest thing was they had a Notice that states that you had to have a MASK on your face before entering, I think this situation is very SAD and should be taken care of, I can Promise this, " I would never return there for anything" God Bless all who f

Zero stars if I could. I had a Scheduled 1: 30 appointment today. At 2: 30 I finally got up and asked how much longer, The lady at the counter was nice and sweet enough to go check for me. Her response was " 20 more minutes, we only have 1 tech today. " I feel it should be management job to inform people of being short staffed. Give patients the common courtesy and let us decide if we want to wait or not. What a waste of time!

Mostly I've had a good experience, but today while getting an appointment the lady who attended me was rude. I don't want to write her name because I know I kept saying "what? ". The problem was not the volume, it was her enunciation and her lack of good spirit. I hate being yelled at.

My wife was scheduled for a DAT scan today. We arrived at the office 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment at which time we were told the appointment was canceled. They stated that they called my wife and left a voicemail. They never called, but decided to lie to our faces even when we showed them my wife’s CELL phone call records with no proof of any calls coming in from their office. My wife and I both took a day off from work for this appointment and we were never notified of the cancellation. Terrible front desk and scheduling personnel costumer service.

Three years ago, I went to this place for a MRI. When I was called to the front desk to give the person my insurance information, they never asked me to pay a copay. Once the MRI procedure was done, I walked up to the desk to ask them if I owed anything. I was told no.
Weeks later, I received a bill for the entire procedure which was never sent to my insurance company. I called my insurance company informing them the situation. My insurance company go r the issue resolved and was told they billed the patient for the services whether or not the patient has insurance.
I will never go to this place any procedure I need done.

Have been calling this place for more than a week to schedule my Appointment, the staff whose been answering the call are so rude, no good customer service attitude at all. The way they talk to you on the phone and asking questions are always sounds irritated. Not helpful, not accommodating, what so ever. It's very frustrating when you need someone to help your situations and that's what you get!

Wasted taking a day off from work and waiting an hour and a half at my doctor to evaluate their report that never got to my doctor. No excuse, no apologies. Spent over a dozen phone calls coordinating scheduling an appt, scheduling insurance approval and ten lastly ensuring reports were faxed. I can do their job but damn, who should be doing their job?

I've been gong there sense 2016 & the service has always excellent. The staff are well versed, friendly, curtious, and professional. Wait time has never been very long even when their busy. Overall very good place.

The people at the front desk are not only clueless they are incredibly rude God forbid this is a life or death thing for me. I love the techs have been here many times for other exams but this is by far my worst experience with them

This is the most disgusting of medical offices I’ve been to in a long time. These chairs are filthy and the lady at the desk says to me “you don’t have to sit”! How rude and disgusting! Horrible attitude!

This is a fairly new name change, I went here when it was ELITE. It is a small imaging center not attached to the hassles of hospital or otherwise crowded parking. I will be returning there to get some ELITE records that I need. I will give you my adjusted rating after that experience.

My appointment was scheduled for 10: 00. I am in my truck, leaving at 10: 08. I appreciate that more than anything else. They were also very courteous and professional.

I had a breast cancer exam at Akumin last week. The Receptionist was really nice and friendly. Ms Jaymie, who did my exam, did a good job and she was very professional and kind. I appreciate that they took good care of patient and I will be come back to this center for my next mammograms.

The staff was very courteous & friendly. After I completed the papers, it was just a few minutes before I was called back. The technician was courteous & efficient, and my procedure was finished in a few minutes.

I was sent by my Dr for a simple xray. I was told I had to make an appointment so I did. When I returned for my appointment I was showed up 15 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room an hour past my appointment. Drs should respect a customer's time.

Relatively fast and mostly pain free. Staff was helpful, informative and friendly. Additionally thanks to insurance no costs today!

This place is shady to say the least! Front office staff seemed clueless, however the technician was excellent. Lobby was dirty, dark and uncomfortable. Forced to pay prior to service and was overcharged. Charged under and paid to "Elite Imaging". Filed claim under Elite Imaging and sent claim for reprocessing under Akumin (different fee scedule/contracted rates with insurance) to get more money. I was given an number to call for billing that is impossible to get in contact with anyone for months. Took 4 months to get a refund. Note to self, only pay half up front! Will never go back!
