Alachua County Tax Collector - Northwest Branch reviews
11Its impossible to go during the day during my work hours, and apparently its impossible to get ahold of representatives.
Lines are ridicules had to wait over an hour and had numerous people that showed up after me be seen before me.
Very nice people. Thank you Megan, and an extremely organized team overall.best visit to a Tax Collectors office I have had.
Updated my address online of course it never shows up i call this office and they tell me to come in and get a new one i waste my lunch break going in there only to be told im 1 day shy of when they are allowed to give me one. Not sure why they wouldnt habe said that over the phone. They have no respect for your time.
Regina solved my problem with complete understanding, professionalism, and determination! Thank you very much!
The person who observed me for road test was the worst examiner I’ve ever met. Can’t answer questions and acts as though he’s God. If he doesn’t like his job he should go work somewhere else. Very bad and racist people
This is the most efficient "DMV" that I have ever been to. After moving from Philadelphia, I went in two days in a row to get my Florida license, and then my registration. Both times the person at the front checked my documents to make sure I had everything I needed before getting in the waiting line. The line moved quickly and the ladies behind the counter were friendly and quick. It's never fun going to a place like this, but this location definitely made it as painless as possible.
The folks inside are friendly, professional and extremely patient and helpful. The gentleman who conducted the road test was rude, unprofessional, and made my husband extremely nervous. I plan to complain in person to the office supervisor.
This is ridiculous. Everytime a clerk finishes with a client she takes a break. Only a handful of clients and I have been here for over 30 minutes. Thank God I only have to pick up decals. This will be done on line next time for 2 yr renewal. Ugh.
The office hours are not designed for anyone that has to work during the day. They need to rethink these hours and at least make some concession for those that work for a living that have to buy tags!
