I went to visit my mom for the holidays and her a/c stopped we called Maintenance and a gentleman Named alfredo picked up he said he was the supervisor.very nice guy took care of us and assured us the problem would be fixed as soon as possible, after 30m they went and checked it out after 5m he fixed it for me even though i couldn’t figure it out in 30m WHAT A LIFE SAVOR! Beautiful building too i loved the pool and gym everything was very clean and well maintained.

The best move ever. Thanks to Ariella for assisting me from beginning to end. Such great service! The building is so nice and clean, and for a pet friendly community, the hallways don’t smell like piss It smells so nice in the building, there’s a garage gate that makes you feel safe as a resident, and the neighbors are ALLLL so nice and kind! I love it here! I give God so much glory for leading me here. This place is a blessing.

I have been checking few buildings in downtown Miami and they are beautiful, but the office staff are mostly trash, I went to check this place Alameda west and they are short staff at the moment but the assistant manager Juan I think or Joan was willing 100% to help right away, I did not wait even 5 minutes and the tour was better than the other leasing agents in different buildings, and not just the customer service but the building is beautiful.

I came to Alameda West trying to find information on your apartments and I ended up renting an apartment thanks to the professionalism and high quality service provided by the Leasing Agent, Ariella. If you are looking for a great service, ask for her and you won’t regret it.

Since I came the first time I was attended to by Ariella, with her professional treatment, kindness and help, I was fascinated by this place, so much so that in a week I started living in these excellent apartments. Thank you Ariella for your services.

If you want the opposite of luxury apartment living but with the same cost this is the place for you. I’ve lived here for 2 years and can’t wait for my lease to end I thought I would live here for a long time but from having packages being stolen because of the kind of people they are letting into the apartments (where are the background checks?) to your upstairs neighbor throwing dirty water into your balcony where your dog is hanging out, wetting and getting all of your furniture dirty.to having no security in the garage where you park your car because residents have their friends tailgate into the garage so the gate is always malfunctioning or broken.to not being able to go to the pool on the weekends because residents invite large groups of people who jump on the beds and have loud enough music for both buildings.where are the security guards you may ask at this time? Idk.the leasing office? Call 15 times maybe on the 16th try someone will answer, tbd.front desk who will argue and go back and forth with no customer serious training it seems.the previous team was attentive and helpful but they changed everyone and I don’t know anyone there with the exception of Juan who has in the past always helped me but these issues are not his responsibility.the only 5 star part of these apartments are the maintenance team who within minutes are there to help in any given situation even after hours they will come and fix anything. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never rent from westdale with these terrible management of their properties.

The apartments themselves are beautiful and amenities are well maintained. If you ever need to deal with the leasing office… good luck. Extremely rude, unhelpful, and quite literally treat their residents like they’re stupid. Super kind and helpful while signing the lease but once they got their money, complete switch up. Took months to fix their own mistake about overcharging us. If you ask different staff about fees and charges, you’ll always get a different answer.

Everything is terrible, I lived for 1 year unfortunately next to where the garbage is dumped, the noise keeps me awake, the smell of marijuana is irresistible, I left the day before my month was up and they are trying to charge me for the entire month, you he world has become a jungle. The gossip, the pool is horrible, people shouting, saying bad words, etc.
