Alamo Rent A Car, Orlando FL

I was very impressed with the service I received from Alamo rent a car.
Upon arriving in Orlando, the people behind the desk were very helpful and efficient.
My favourite car of all time is the Ford F150, so I asked if it might be possible to have one during my time in florida.
The response I got from the Alamo staff was, "Would a truck make you happy? Well, there you go then, " and they gave me exactly what I wanted.
Retuning the truck was very easy also.
I would happily use Alamo again and would highly recommend the company.

First time using Alamo and it was very easy to get the vehicle i arrived at terminal C and I went directly to the garage because I skipped the line just show the bar code at first I didn't saw my category i rent a premium car so I talk to the guy that was there and he gave me a 2023 audi A4 with 10k miles only beautiful car and very clean definitely I'm using this company again

Absolutely wonderful! Matt and Alexa went above and beyond with service! They have excellent prices and NO Hidden Fees! The vehicle was spotless and in great condition. We will only rent from Alamo in the future while in the Orlando area.

I was planning on giving Alamo 5 stars because of the fast and friendly staff. Not only that, the staff took the time to answer my questions and was pleasant. Alamo also made it easy to leave and return with the car. The problem came after I turned in my car. While I was in line at the TSA, I got a notification that I received a fuel charge over $21. Now, if I hadn't replaced my fuel to the place it was right before pulling into the airport, I would understand the charge. For context, the fuel gauge was between 3/4 and full (as pictured in the airport before I left with the car). And that's where I return the fuel to. I was never informed that I was going to be charged for the fuel when I turned the car in. I will contact Alamo concerning this charge. If it is made right with me, I will happily update my post and give them 5 stars!

I made contact with Alamo's, and they made it right with me. I would fully feel comfortable recommending Alamo to anyone. Thanks, again Alamo for a great and easy car rental experience!

After renting from Alamo a couple times and being blown away with how helpful and nice they are, we will now only rent from Alamo at the Orlando international airport now. They have the best customer service and great employees.

Had a good experience with Alamo from arriving at mco also returning the vehicle at mco they made it easy car was clean staff was friendly they get you in and out

Easy to find, good and quick transaction. We had pre-checked in, everything went quickly and easily and no one tried to sell us any additional insurance or similar. E'ssam explained everything to us calmly and answered our questions (regarding toll roads, etc.) well and understandably.

Friendly staff but there seems to be a lack of attention to the cars since my last visit.
First car had to be swapped as it had unbalanced wheels and vibrated at highway speeds, second car had a slow puncture!

When returned the team were great about trying to make up for the issues we had and I honestly can’t fault the service of the staff I dealt with.

We arrived in Florida on Sunday, June 25,2023 & booked the car at the Rental counter. It was a bit pricey for a Toyota Camry for 6 days. Nonetheless, we intended on enjoying our vacation & we did. The car was cleaned thoroughly, sanitized, & they left a complimentary pack of sanitizing wipes for us. I like that. I'm a huge germaphobe & I would've sanitized it myself if they didn't. The car rode smoothly, efficient on gas, & it was spacious.

Had an excellent experience, highly reccommend! We had some trouble with our original car rental booking with a different company and needed a rental asap just around midnight after our flight. Alamo gave us a great car at a great price. Special shoutout to Bernie who was able to accomodate us quickly, efficiently, and provided amazing customer service! We had no issues with the rental, will definitely be renting from here again. Thank you Bernie!

Great experience from checking in at Alamo counter at MCO, to picking up the vehicle in garage, to returning after our trip. Whole process is well streamlined, smooth and easy. Thanks to Juliana and Salvador for the great service!

Inspect your car before taking if you dont purchase roadside assitance. They will give you a broke car if running low and then you will have to pay for the repairs if it breaks down on you. Learn this last week. MCO airport location.

Just dropped off my car rental! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CARLOS! Like WOW he made it sooo easyyy less than 5 mins to return! I have never returned a car that fast!

When I arrived they did not have any full size suv’s. Deshawn went out of his way to locate a car but when he couldn’t find one he offered us an Audi Q7 instead which I accepted. Great service from Deshawn. Wouldn’t use any other rental company at MCO.

It is very easy to book online. Picking up the car rental is even easier, which you can appreciate when coming off a long flight. The Alamo Rental counter is located inside the airport. It's super convenient that you do not have to catch a bus to get there. The only issue I would day needs addressing are the counter attendants. There was 1 man ahead of us in line. 2 counter attendance. One of which was helping someone. The young black girl was typing on her computer and texting on her phone while also having side conversations that were not work related with the guys whom I assume just got off work. She finally calls us over. When we walked up, she was on a FACE TIME CALL! Super unprofessional that I had to sit there waiting for her to finish her conversation. She was extremely short & dry. Never smiled or said, "Have a good night. " Mind you, we just got off a flight that should have been 1 hour but was diverted due to weather. Then circled the air for an hour. Then, I sat on the runway with the rest of the airplanes waiting to de-plane for over 5 hours! So we were very tired. She could have tried to get us taken care of promptly so we could be on our way. Just no sense of urgency. We got outside to the lot & the smaller Spanish guy was VERY nice & informative. He even asked how we were treated at the counter, which I thought was sweet. I told him neither nice nor mean. Just ehh! He apologized for her & told us where we could pick our vehicle. They have a very wide selection of cars. We loved our car. It was clean & ran great. Drop off was simple. Overall, I would use Alamo again. Just need better customer service. So took off 1 star for that reason only.
