Not even worth the time to write it. I sucked it up again and lesson learn. But am not going to bash Jesus was a nice guy and Chris got caught in the middle. But get it in writing even when they say don’t worry!

At first i was told I had to schedule a tire replacement and alignment a week out. I told them it was critical that I at least need the tire replaced. They agreed. And after working on it they advised they could align the truck as well. Thanks.

John O’neil wAs great to work with but very disappointed that Chevrolet couldn’t put the wheels I wanted on the car! You spend $80,000 dollars for a car and they can’t put the wheels you want on it

Our 3rd vehicle purchased at an Alan Jay. Jesus at the Buick GMC dealership in Sebring was AMAZING. Answered every single question without hesitation and gave us an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! You can’t find better local salespeople.

I made an appointment for service and they gave me an appointment for two week's out, I went to the service person an told hom I needed it now he then told their booked and I'd have to leave it for the day. No way. I then made an appointment for two day's later left it with them. They told me they would call when it's ready. Never received a call when I went back to the dealer. It was done and never received not one call. I'll take it to Huston next time

Chris S. Was very helpful and polite and answered all of my questions. Had originally came by to look at another model but did not have any in stock and he showed me a Buick Encore that had just come in and now it is in my driveway. Thank you Chris for being so helpful. I am enjoying my 2024 Buick Encore.

I have always been so well treated here but I have to say that Mr. Mark Betscher is outstanding. I was concerned about an issue with my vehicle that we were unable to resolve ourselves and additionally too dumb to realize that attempting to just drop off my car (so they could repair when they wished) was probably a bad idea which would likely inconvenience them and I should have made an appointment instead of leaving a message when I couldn't get through. Not only did Mr. Betscher not say this or make me feel like a selfish idiot, without any prompting he fit me in the next day.

This is not the first time I've received exemplary service from Mr. Betscher. In the past, he also helped me with new tires for my vehicle, which required some amount of legwork on his part. But he made something that could have been very stressful for me a smooth and easy process.

I really can't say enough about him, and I am most happy to do so as someone in a supervisory position in a customer service field. He is a true asset to Chevy and Alan Jay.

They took very good care of my Tahoe and replaced the defects in the paint by replacing my grill. It took all day after they told me 3 hours. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I will always use Alan Jay Chevy as long as I own a GM vehicle.

Terrible. Bought a new cadillac minus two chips for computer. Won't do that again. They called and said chip was in and we made an appointment. I should say we live 45 miles away one way. Got there the day of our appointment and no chip. Drove 90 miles for nothing. Terrible service, no communication.
