I hate that I live so far away from a real ford dealership with a real service department. If you get a chance to have your vehicle repaired or serviced there just save yourself some time and go to Bartow Ford that’s where your parts will come from anyway.

Horrible experience. Car under warranty and I had to pay for rental. Had to make three trips to get window and weather stripping fixed they messed up. They scratched my tint requiring another day off work to drive 40 miles to get it fixed. I don’t recommend them.
Very disappointed that my new truck doesn’t have messaging seats my 2021 had them but my 2023 doesn’t yet my sticker price was $8000 more for the same truck!
My husband took our Lincoln Navigator there for emergency service yesterday. From the nice lady on the service desk to the techs who determined the problem things couldn't have gone more smoothly. The appointment time was 3.00pm. I arrived at 2.50, and the service was completed and I left at 3.30 pm with an itemized list of what had been checked and completed.
