Service started on time and finished when promised. Really appreciated the complimentary snacks and tv in waiting room. Free car wash a nice touch.
Could not have been more professional! I felt very comfortable leaving my car there and not feeling like they were trying to get a bunch of money out of me. They were very honest with me. I drove away, feeling so thankful that we had such a great dealership down the road from my house. Jacqui and her team are wonderful.
From pulling up to the service desk area, to the comfort of the waiting area, the waiting time was good. When they would come in and update others waiting or telling them they were ready, they would tell you, BY NAME, where you were on the service being done.

I was contacted and apparently I had dates mixed up. Not their fault this time!
Tried to schedule service for a recall and their system completely broke down.
Read that I'd get a call from the dealership to confirm but call never happened. Received several emails reminding me that my appointment was scheduled and that they "look forward to seeing you" notice was included.
I get to the service center EARLY and was told that the dept.that gets the online appts.never brought the email to the service dept.
All the techs are at lunch and I have to wait till they get back before they can even start the clock on my recalls (3)!
Had oil change and they didn’t put on screw properly underneath the car leaked slowly for three weeks until I broke down in the middle of the highway in Georgia. Thanks Kia for not doing a good job at all! Will be calling for a formal complaint tomorrow as this is happening to me right now
Bought a new Kia Sportage EX from Alex. First time I’ve ever bought a car and didn’t feel the need for KY.
Alex was great as was the experience.
BTW- the car is pretty great too! Maybe we’ll learn all its tricks before we are too old to learn.
Service Manager Doug was awesome today. He helped by telling me how to fix a battery cable for my car and saved me $300+. I've recently moved to the Sebring area, so that was a lot to spend because of a stuck bolt. He didn't have to help me out, but he did and was super nice. Alan Jay Kia has my business from here forward. Thank you so much Doug, your advice worked, and my car is running again.
Nice showroom. Friendly staff. Stopped in to get quote for one of our vehicles we no longer need. Offer was about 25 % lower than other quotes i got already. They sent me flyers for years wanting my vehicle and giving top dollar promises. Not so. There lot is over half empty. Guess going over to coast to sell there is worth 3k.
My sales consultant was Martin Rhodes and he was one of the best! I would recommend him to anyone. He made me feel very comfortable with my sales purchase and did not pressure me into a deal I didn’t feel comfortable doing. The atmosphere/energy surrounding the KIA dealership was so welcoming that I knew I made the right decision choosing KIA for my very first buy.
Terrible service. Tried to talk me out of the car I wanted. Then said they could order it but I waited over 4 months. Rarely called, no updates, just ghosted us. Got the car I wanted in less than a week from another dealer at a better price. Act like they don’t really care. I’ve done business with Alan Jay Toyota for nearly 30 years and always had spectacular service. These guys are the pits!

Great experience, very thorough from vehicle info to finance/lease info. They guided me in what option was best for me without making me feel pressured. Marty went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted, not trying to talk me into just what was on their lot. Very pleased and highly recommend, love my Kia Forte
