I needed to have a tire repaired/replaced under warranty. This was handled quickly and efficiently. The time of the appointment was convenient, which is very important when one has a full-time job.

I called to check time for service department. Advised 4. I pulled in at 347.they were shutting the service door. Sorry. All I needed was a battery for my key fob. I even went in. It's the simple things!

Recall on key was addressed. Not happy with the required fix. “Switchblade” style was modified to remain open. However, salesman who sold us the car two and a half years ago recognized us an spent time with us. Very nice.

Had a great experience getting some repairs done on my Titan, Garrett was on top of everything and kept me updated and everyone was super friendly. Would be nice to get them a climate controlled office instead of sitting out in the heat all day though.

Advisors were very courteous and Service Manager very knowledgeable. Cashier helpful n nice. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be.

If I could rate them with no stars I would. Down to techs today and the service team didn't even acknowledge us as we enter the service department. As I had to get out of my car the lady stated they don't take walk-ins supposedly and their first available was Saturday. Valvoline it was!

I go here for my oil changes and other maintenance and I’ve never had an issue! Everyone is friendly and the customer service is excellent! They always explain everything to you regarding what should be done to the vehicle.
