I very much appreciate the M. A that I seen today, he was very polite & easy to talk with when we spoke about the reason for my visit that particular day. I would hv bragged on him while I was there but I had to get out the door right after seeing him so that I could get to my next appointment. Thank you to the folks that appreciate their job & patients at the same time.

I love all my girls here and dr.jim is unlike anybody else, he really does care about your health and well-being.he finds out ways to help you and works with you when one doesn’t work.i recommend him to everyone!

My wife and I have been going to Alaric now for about 6 months and we are very happy with the services and the results. If you’re looking for fluff then you may wanna go another route but if you’re truly looking for honest and straight forward answers and unbelievable results then I highly recommend you go see Dr Jim and his staff. I’m going on 53 years old and though I have always been fairly active Father Time has a way of creeping up on you and before you know it life just seems to get harder than it should be with the dad bod, the aches and pains, the constant fatigue, etc. I can say that since seeing Dr Jim and him getting us on track with our weight management or our hormone replacement therapy all that has changed. Not only does life seem manageable but it seems easy and effortless like it was in my 20s. Not only that I no longer snore from sleep apnea like I use to but I’ve also been able to stop taking my daily dose of Prilosec and every other supplement imaginable. Doc is usually pretty busy and when we talk it’s more about health issues, etc.so here’s my chance to say thank you for all you do and you and the staff at Alaric Health are greatly appreciated. My dad has been struggling with a mental and physical disorder for years now where he can't sleep and has severe anxiety and depression night and day. He has gone to almost every sort of clinic, medical, and nutritional care. Nothing has really worked. We tried to give this clinic a try, and when we got there Jim was very disrespectful and rude and and wasn't even trying to help my dad at all. He just wanted to tell my dad that "he had a incurable and mental disorder that he would be stuck with for the rest of his life. Then that no medication, nutritional tinctures, or prayer would really ever help, and that he would end up in a sike ward! " Who says that to a patient! But my we know that he is wrong and that the power of Jesus Christ heals and can do miracles. The only real relief he does get is when we pray, and use nutritional products. Just wanted to put this review to say how utterly disappointed we were with Jim, and how he treated my dad. This review was done by me and my parents had nothing to do with it. Hope this helps someone.

Great, welcoming office staff and they seem to be great at what seems to be their specialty, weight loss, as many other patients had raving reviews on this while I was waiting in the lobby. However, I was not happy that they they focused on this throughout the two my appointments I had though I never mentioned wanting to lose weight.

However, I went to this doctor as my new PCP for my annual wellness check. My employer offers a monthly discount on my health insurance if I complete a wellness visit each year which I made sure to mention to staff and the doctor both when making my appointment and at the office in order to ensure this visit would qualify before the deadline. However, my visit was billed as diagnostic, leaving me not only will a bill from Quest but also with missing out on the savings I should have had over the course of the subsequent year. I attempted multiple times to resolve this issue with billing and their office, calling no less than 5 times over the following 2 months, however, they never resubmitted any billing codes. I called Quest as well who was super helpful in saying they would push out my due date and send a letter to Alaric health in order to request for the resubmission. However, this did not result in any resolution to my issue either. I am very disappointed at the lack of attention to my requested needs and follow up with a resolution. Additionally, they said they would call me back regarding further treatment due to some of my diagnostic results and never reached back out to say if my insurance would cover their recommended treatment.

Overall, the staff is nice and if you want to lose weight they seem great but would not recommend if you want a PCP or expect to have any issues resolved.
