10I am uncomfortable with this Dr. He gets mad at me because he has to keep repeating himself to me. Its not my fault that I have a severe hearing problem even though I have a cochlear implant. Please do NOT schedule me with Dr Seals anymore. His attitude drove me away from him.
I appreciate Dr. Seals being thorough and always prompt with my appointments. My previous doctor would have me waiting over an hour. Dr. Seals listens and is on top of things with what can be scary dealing with the heart.
I am always satisfied when I visit Dr Seals and his staff. They go the extra mile to make sure you understand everything. I recently had to schedule a heart cath and Mina made a stressful time so much better. I even hugged her when we done.
Disappointed wasn't informed Dr seals was not present. My appt was for 10: 40.and was rudely told I didn't know what I was talking about and waited in lobby for and hour and a half, was told I could not reschedule and when called to see a Dr as I was.the only person in the lobby was given a rude 5 minutes of his time.
Dr. Seals take time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand stuff is amazing yes would recommend him.
I was attended punctually and very attentively by Dr Seals, who explained to me the tests that I would have and their purposes. I strongly recommend Dr. Seals

It was so nice to deal with nice people. Dr. Seals was super nice and so was his nurse, Tonia. I would recommend them to anyone.
Seals comes into the exam room with one thing on his mind and that's to review medication list, he does not want to listen to what you have to say or ask. My blood pressure at average has deen 176over91 since Jan 2021 and all he does is license my doseage.
I have tried to be patient regarding this office but I've now run out of patience. First of all, Dr. Seals is a wonderful and fantastic doctor. I absolutely love seeing him and he knows his stuff and how to help. It's the staff that I just cannot deal with any longer. I first came to Dr. Seals with an abnormal EKG from my primary. He ordered several tests to be done ASAP. His staff refused to schedule the tests stating they had no openings for over a month. They would not let me speak to Dr. Seals. In the meantime, I was hospitalized for 4 days due to life threatening low blood pressure which is one of the reasons Dr. Seals wanted the tests done STAT. Once I was stable and released from St. Vincent's South they told me to follow up with Dr. Seals within 3 days. Needless to say, the staff never answered the phone, and never called me back. I had to email to get an appointment after my hospitalization and THEY WOULDN'T SCHEDULE ME FOR OVER ONE MONTH LATER. All in all, things worked out. However, due to my cardiology issues I needed a cardiac clearance to have a pain injection procedure done. Dr. Seals stated he would have his staff send it over the same day. It is now two weeks later and I'm still waiting on the cardiac clearance. I'm seriously considering changing to Baptist Heart Health for my cardiology needs to do the non caring staff that don't seem to do what Dr. Seals orders at Ascension Cardiology.
