Good morning, I do not recommend Dr. Alberto Dominguez-Bali at all, he is a narcissistic doctor who mistreats women who do not do what he says, my personal experience, my wife has not received the covid 19 vaccine and he in his Consultations only insist on getting vaccinated, we agree that it is something for the good, but that does not give the right to almost force her to get vaccinated, to the point that he told her that he had to promise to get vaccinated to order an ultrasound to see to the baby we are expecting, I have to cry to my wife, knowing well as a doctor that this is transmitted to the baby, she expressed herself very badly about the Cuban woman saying that if she was Cuban she had those ill-conceived thoughts about not getting vaccinated, again without respect a person's decision regardless of their nationality, by the way he is also Cuban, and he has a very bad time with Cuban women because of his way of thinking, this reminds me of that totalitarian regime on that island, which There you have to do what they say regardless of the fundamental rights of human beings.
Before entering the consultation, my wife addressed another super ugly patient and in a very unprofessional manner, telling her that since when she had not bathed in a gracious tone and with a very loud volume since in the cubicle that my wife was waiting she could hear it, In short, and to summarize, I do not recommend that you treat yourself with this doctor at all, pregnancy should be a fun, loving experience and believe me, this doctor is going to ruin it for you. My gynecologist retired and I was looking at the reviews here and was kind os hesitant to choose this office, after reading the reviews.
My experience with the office personnel was great the staff is very courteous, and helpful.
I chose Dr Yamila Batista and she is great.
Gentle, got my test results in less than a week. Very thorough with the explanation.
I highly recommend Dr Batista

I have been coming to this office for 32 years and to be honest at times some old staff members have been unprofessional and rude but overall i wouldn't change Dr. Bali for anyone else. New staff is wonderful and caring.

All day trying to contact the office to make an appointment and they never responded. They only play music and not even an answering machine.

I came with my wife to do the first exams for her pregnancy and apart from the woman who works the front, the reception and treatment was good. But that first impression the woman at the front gives is honestly horrible. He has zero friendliness, zero charisma, arrogance, when he addressed my wife he seemed almost scolding her and to work in a gynecology office he even treated a child who was with her in the office badly (I didn't know that bringing children to your area was allowed labor). We will return here only because the doctor who treated us, Yamile, was super nice, but they should remove someone like that from the front, it gives a terrible image and makes one not want to return.

It takes waiting to see the doctor it can be worth the wait. The attention and delicacy that treats your health, is an excellent doctor. If you have any need for care and you do not have an appointment, you can refer to the hospital and they will attend to you. I immediately recommend this wonderful doctor.

Today I had my first visit at this office and I can honestly say that I had a very positive experience in general, starting at the front desk, then with the nurse and finally with Dr Yamila Batista, very professional and knowledgeable, my waiting time was less than 10 minutes and total time spent approximate 30 minutes.

My wife went to the doctor office. They have horrible.attention to the patients. The ladies that work in the front desk are very nasty with patients and the doctor is very rude and very unprofessional. That’s what we get from this Hialeah hospitals. Doctors is horrible. Overall my wife will not go back to this doctors office ever ever again and they also make you wait for hours to be seen

I had my appointment today at 10: 45 am and I had to leave at 1: 45 pm without being attended to. Too slow, bad service, bad planning, people waiting at 8am to be called and nothing. And although I know that we all have the right to lunch, I don't think these doctors have that right after a lack of respect like this, inconsiderate and we can't have lunch. I give a very bad reference to this office.

The doctor only sees you twice during the entire pregnancy process, and when you go to the consultation they make you wait an average of 5 hours to see you by appointment, the doctors who see you are very kind but the appointment service and waiting time It's the worst!

They call the patient to give them the results and when one arrives they tell them that they don't have them ready to come back another day.

My review does not go to the doctors, I was not even able to meet them. But that clinic should fire all the inept customer service staff they have. I was the first patient and I called many times and I always got the answering machine and the only day they answered they put me on hold to find an appointment and they left me on the line for so long that the phone only made the call again and they didn't even answer me. Those poor doctors who work there will be affected with new patients or even old patients due to the poor service that the ignorant people who work there give with calls.

Excellent Doctor but other doctors work with him like Doctor Yamila Batista who is also too good. I 100% recommend the consultation but you should keep in mind that there is always a delay but otherwise it is worth it.

My mother went here and had the worst experience. The doctor and staff were super unprofessional and rude. The doctor even had the nerve to put up an attitude and ask my mother whether she still wanted to be attended when she was waiting from 8 in the morning to 4 p.m. To finally be attended. Is this how you treat you're supposed to treat your patients? NO. I highly DO NOT recommend this place for anyone. Super unethical and improper to be treating your patients in this manner.

Honestly, I had never seen anything like it, I waited 4 hours for them to understand me and in the end I had to go horribly in a waiting room there were almost 25 women
