I was concerned about my daughter diagnoses and management. Dr Diaz listen attentive, give education clarify my doubts my fair. Staff very effective. He draw diagrams for me he went extra mile and asked my daughter if she had any question, he send me an article to read. He did an assessment to my daughter very professional how supposed to be. He is dedicated professional, speak Spanish. He is very approachable. Very good experience so far. He practice at Nicklaus

I’m very disappointed with the scheduling department at this office. I made an appointment with Dr. Diaz, they only had space for after 2 months which is understandable. The day before the appointment I got a call saying the doctor doesn’t take my insurance (which they had confirmed to me it was good when I made the appointment) I wasted 2 months that I could have schedule with another doctor. The lady who called me said it wasn’t her fault that she
didn’t make the appointment and my only choice was to pay for it. Please don’t make others waste their time.

He is a wonderful Doctor, always quick to respond to emails and always helpful and very informative.

I wish with all my heart that this doctor sees my daughter, they tell me no because I have already seen her with another doctor of the same type but it is not fair, it was my daughter's pediatrician who made the appointment with the other one but I wanted her with I am a desperate mother, please help me
