I have known Alex for years, he use to fix my cars when he was working out of his van, many oil changes, transmission repairs, tire repairs, tune ups, and just about anything that can go wrong was fixed by Alex. He’s a hard working honest man. I have since moved to Port St. Lucie but continue to bring my cars and trucks to Alex Auto, yes I drive the 2 hours because I know he’s honest, if he can’t fix it, I know he will send me to someone he trust. Trust is golden, I know that he is honest about my vehicle problems and does not try to up sell or charge for repairs that are not needed. Great guy, I tell all my friends and family about Alex Auto. 5 star and beyond. Wish everyone operated like Alex.

Had to bring my car in for an unknown slow leak under the hood. The owner, Alex, knew right away what it was after my explanation - he went right to the source - a cracked radiator. He brought me in the garage and showed it to me. They replaced it and I was good to go. Didn't try to hard sell me on getting any other repair (like Jiffy Lube!), very reasonable prices, no long waits, and his guys are hard workers who know their stuff. I also go there now for oil changes, and will continue to go there for all repairs and maint.

Stay Away
Six month ago, I went to get new tire. His employee jacked up my car on the sub frame and bend it and tried to hide it. He raised my suspicion when he let down the car fast like something was wrong. I had to inspect it myself and report it to owner who proceed to straighten the bar on the sub frame.
Today I went back to the shop because the tire was giving me a bad ride. The mechanic confirmed that the tired had low spots on it so I had him order me new tire at full price. After paying for the tires, I found the bill was incorrect charge on my credit card. I ask the owner about the discrepancy and he showed me a small sign that there was 4% charge on card use.
I pay the same price here as any tire store, but there was convenient factor of not waiting ½ day to have your tire change. Next time I will just drop off the car before work at big store name and pick it up after work
