Alexander K. Malone, MD reviews
4 My husband had been to several ENT doctors over the past three years. None seem to truly care about my husband's severely progressing hearing loss. These doctors all prescribed hearing aids and quoted excessive prices for them. We could not afford them on our own and most insurance companies pay very little toward the exorbitant costs. None of these doctors offered any recommendations for services available to help us financially. We were losing hope.
Our hope was renewed when we saw Dr. Malone. We are estatic about not only the fine service that Dr. Malone provided my husband but also for his genuine concern for my husband's condition and going that extra mile. Dr. Malone was well informed and aware of our community services. He referred us to an organization who has made it possible to purchase the hearing aids that are the best, eventhough they are the most expensive.
Our sincere gratitude goes to Dr. Malone for not just "providing service" but genuinely caring about "how he gives it" AND that "the patient receives the best service. "
Dr. Malone cares about the person! This character trait among doctors, in genersl, is rare and worth its weight in GOLD! Please excuse this cliché, but no other words seem adequate for describing our appreciation for Dr. Malone's love for his patience.
MANY THANKS, to you, Dr. Malone!
Tuesday, October 17th 2023 For my visit today went really well with Malone at the ENT ears nose allergy specialist the place was very clean. I explained the symptoms I was having he was very respectful and he was concerned about my health or the issue I was having I will be making another appointment with the ENT next month they running different tests on me see what I could be allergic when it comes to my allergies or moose system my appointment went really great.
I was not pleased at all. I've been experiencing ear problems for over 3 years. He looked into my ears an said everything is good. Which in fact its not. He prescribed me 2 nasal sprays an said ur ears will open over time. An that's it. I think nasal sprays are his go to when he doesn't know what's wrong with you highly disappointed in his care.
You ever encountered a Dr, who made you wonder how seriously they took the Hippocratic Oath? That was my impression of this guy. I was just minutes on the clock that he wanted to quickly pass, and a number in his many number of patients to see. I had a lump in my throat, and gave him as complete a description of my symptoms and the duration of them and instead of recommending some sort of imaging to get a more detailed look at it, he sent me to get testing for 'mono' and called it a day. Maybe it was due to me not having insurance to pay him the money he was accustomed to, or maybe it was my non-white race, that made him unconcerned about my quality of life and wellbeing but this Dr clearly couldn't have cared less about my case. I went to another Dr that did order imaging, bloodwork and a biopsy. Such major contrast in approach. He was COMPLETE TRASH.
