Dr Alexander Lurie is very competent and nice. He took time to listen my problem and he took very good care of me. His staff is very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Lorie.impress me the most, with his concern in asking all the right question on my health and lifestyle
And coming up with a plan that will help me with my diabetes. Great Work.

Dr. Didn't seam very experienced in dealing with low testosterone patients and working with athletes and actually told me that my free testosterone being low was not a true indicator of my test levels which was a red flag as soon as I heard that.actually he told me that only the total test scores where all that mattered and didn't want to prescribe treatment. Waste of time and money.

Have had a very bad experience with these DR and his staff.after my online Appointment that was nice, they scheduled a follow up without having my complete blood work. Ive had to call several times to ask the doctor what to do because one of the blood tests came high.they want to have another follow up and make more money. Its all about money! Try to find someone better on behalf of your health!

One bad experience after another.
Like I always say, everything starts from the top.
In my opinion, they showed no consideration for me and my time.
Is time for me to get my medical records and find a different doctor.

Lately, the stuff has been extremely unprofessional. They have a phone service that is pure torture. They keep transferring me to nowhere.
Lately, they haven’t sent my prescription. I had to call twice to have it sent.
I had an appointment with dr Alexander Lurie. It got canceled. Nobody in that office bothered to let me know. I got rescheduled. Again, I had to call to find out about that.
At my next appointment date, the dr.calls. The call got disconnected. He never tried calling again. I guess my appointment being at 11: 45am. And him calling at 11: 58am got overlapped with lunch time and that was more important. I tried to call his number and the office 5 times and I kept being transferred and disconnected, hence my assumption about lunch time.
Disrespectful.

You must be kidding. You consider that we completed a telemed visit? How dare you? Our appointment was at 11: 45am. I called your office 5 times to no avail. Nobody called me until 1: 15 pm, when I was already on a diffrent appointment. Do you expect a patient to be at your beck and call?
That's after you previously cancelled my appointment without notice and again, I was waiting to be called and never received a call. You rescheduled me without my permission.
You are money-grabbers and have no consideration for people's time.
So, there was no doctor visit. Don't charge my insurance for a visit that didn't occur and, I already gave you the review you deserve yesterday.

Dr. Lurie was very quick and efficient on our zoom call but the following in person appointment was very disappointing. The office was not prepared for my appointment in the first place and dr. Lurie was everything but helpful and caring.
The only person in this office that is nice caring and takes time for you is Melissa at front desk!

There’s so many good things to say about DR. ALEXANDER LURIE. The best doctor I have ever experienced. I suffered for many years fainting in the middle of the street fainting every day and my doctor at that time and many other doctors after my doctor could not take care of my medical condition, iPhone Dr. LURIE on my own. When I made my first appointment I was told that I had to go get labs first, then once the lab results came in, I would be able to see the Doctor. On my first appointment the doctor came in and introduced himself and said I’ll be right back. He came right back and the first words to me were I know exactly what is wrong with your thyroid. I was speechless and he immediately said you are being over medicated, he lowered the dosage extremely lowered the dosage and since my first visit everything has gone perfectly well with my thyroid. I highly recommend DR. ALEXANDER LURIE without any hesitation.
