They take injury cases on without insurance then stop everything after 4 months and leave the patient in pain when she is needing surgery. Not cool she cant do anything cant sleep bc of pain. Why take on a liability case if you
cant finish helping the patient not cool unhappy. This patient is suffering because treatment has stopped and surgery wont happen unless this patient has insurance which is false injury cases dont run threw insurance.

I have been going through a medical nightmare for 2-1/2 years that has led me to orthopedics twice now. Dr. Swaringen was so kind and compassionate. My hip pain has returned again and she is determined to find the cause. She reassured me that if it is the worst case scenario, we will find the best treatment possible. After a work related injury, I was requested to visit Alexander Orthopedics. From the moment I entered, I was met by friendly and caring staff with very little wait time. Soon after, I met with Dr Swaringen and after a thorough assessment she recommended surgery to repair a severe tear to my hamstring. Dr Swaringen took the time to explain the MRI her assessment. I put my faith in Dr Swaringen and ending with success. I am now post op just over a month and on my way to healing. My hat goes off to the entire staff at Alexander Orthopedics. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Thank you for everything.

My wait time to see the doctor was under 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. The doctor spent time with me and answered any and all of my question. I had an instant connection with Doctor Swaringen under 30 seconds! Anybody looking for a good orthopedist doctor, Dr Swaringen is the best!

Love the doctors and specialist. The front desk young lady is rude and not professional indicated she corrected the prescription error being sent and corrected. But the pharmacy indicated that they never received prescription. Causing additional pain for patient.created patient had to wait additional 24 hours.
