What a great experience I had here! I want to thank all the staff for their help and hospitality. Dr. Karina Hooper made me feel comfortable and explained everything that I needed to know. This Drs.office really does care about you and it shows. I also can’t forget about Nurse Carole who went above and behind helping me, and anytime I had a question she had an answer. If you need a good Gastroenterologist this is the place to go!

I think dr grace is great, ive only met her once, and her PA twice. They take my cincenrs seriously. But there is a huge communication issue at this office. The first time, it took six months for a referal to actual get where it needed to go. This time, I called over a month ago due to feeling a choking sensarion in my throat after an episode of heartburn, was told surgery scheduler would call to schedule an EGD, this was a month ago. Ive called twice to follow up, yet no responce. I was told my surgery needed to be done ASAP im still choking and having a feeling of something stuck in my thoat, it wakes me up all hours ofbthe night, yet no responce from a surgery scheduler. Debating on saying something to the medical board, but not aure ifbits worth throwing poor dr grace under the bus. Jist be aware office staff will never get orders through

After a week of phone tag due to never getting an actual person to speak with, I finally got an appointment. My appointment was for 12: 30 pm, but I mistakenly wrote in my calendar 1pm. I put the office address in my maps to get driving directions. The GPS took me away from the office, so I called them to get directions. I told them who I was, and I had a 1pm appointment. They provided the directions and I arrived at 12: 45. I stood at the window for several minutes with nobody around. I used their restroom and came back to the window, again standing and waiting with nobody coming to the window. Finally someone came to the window, and they gave me the papers to complete. A few minutes later I was called to the window. I was told that my appointment was for 12: 30, and they needed to reschedule. I looked around their waiting room, and I was the only person around. At this time it was 12: 50. I gave them their clipboard and papers back and said that I would find another Dr.

It’s a shame as Dr Grace is great, but this treatment is unacceptable. How many times do we as patients arrive on time or early to sit for 30-60 minutes waiting past our appointment time. My time is just as valuable as the office people and Dr.if there was a full waiting room I would have understood, but there was nobody there waiting.

I called back and asked for the office manager and it went to voicemail of course. I left a message, and an email. No response until today, two days later. I called back and yep, voicemail. It must be nice to have so much business that you don’t need to treat customers well.

Seems to be the normal these days!

I had my first colonoscopy today and what A GREAT EXPERIENCE IT WAS here at this facility! The first time I ever even called this place it was pleasant! They didn’t hesitate to answer all of my crazy questions and were so informative and sweet. From the receptionist on the phone who made my initial appointment a month before, to the nurse who did the telehealth call prior to my exam day, to the receptionist today at the front desk upon my arrival, the nurse who attended me today (I believe his name is Richard), the anesthetist, the nurse who woke me up after (and put my glasses on before I even woke up so I could see) and everyone from beginning to end that I came in contact with was kind, pleasant, personable, and comforting! And Dr. Alexandra Grace is WONDERFUL! I am so lucky to have her as my gastro doc! She came into the room with a smile on her face and such uplifting energy while I was being wheeled into the exam room hearing music as Harry Styles was playing! I can’t rave enough about it! I have never felt so happy and comfortable to get a procedure done before! This was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had. You all made it so easy! Thank you SO MUCH to ALL of you for making it that way for me. I know you’re all working very hard and dealing with so much and so many people (which believe me I know is not easy) and still manage to have so much kindness and keep smiles on your faces. It is taken to heart and you are ALL so appreciated. I really could not have asked for anything more! THANK YOU EVERYONE!

This office lacks any and ALL communication skills. I could go into more detail; however, to save anyone reading reviews time, I would advise you to find a different group to go with. They have been nothing but unhelpful and a waste of time.

Dr Grace and the entire staff are wonderful! I have chronic GI issues and Dr Grace is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and compassionate. She keeps in close contact with my primary care physician and rheumatologist. I highly recommend Dr Grace!

I have had 2 appts with the P. A.they never called with my test results for what is a major problem. I made appt with Dr Grace based on her reviews Have had "no" contact with her. If it weren't for my internist I'd have no idea what's going on Now a very important test I'm left hanging for the weekend as they ca t be bothered to call. Now four weeks since seeing them. 23 tests ran and they still haven't even contacted me to explain the results or even tell me about them. And, I still have the problem. Dr. Grace my be great but try to get to see her or have her staff give results. I had an appt last week and when I got there they had nothing to tell me. Said they didn't have results. (They were in but they didn't even try to get them.) Bet I was charged though. Gave one star to be able to post. Should be "0".

Instead of listening to any of my concerns, in a condescending tone and with absolutely no care in her voice, Vanessa Vilacha asked me to call back instead of addressing my concerns and she even hung up on me during our first conversation because I simply asked for more information before scheduling an appointment. She mentioned my insurance was in net work and I kindly explained how I'd like to have that in writing because of this one time someone stated I was in net work and turns out I wasn't. (Can you see why I like to have just a little more info before scheduling an appt?) And she paused for a few seconds and responded: "Okay, you can just call back then". Alexandra Grace may be great but that kind of absolutely terrible customer service is enough to keep me far away from your office.

Dr. Grace is amazing. Went for some procedure today it was a bit challenging but fully doable and we did it! Dr. Grace performed everything quick and professionally. I was home in no time.

Thank you

Jerzy.

Doctor Grace is the bomb! Thank goodness she left physicians regional because they are impossible to deal with. I followed her to her new practice site and this is a state-of-the-art gastro center with nothing but people who specialize in gastroenterology and it is fantastic! Great procedure, and very thorough follow up too.

I have lived in multiple state had several procedures, a brother who died of colon cancer, so when I say Dr Grace is the best, I’m well versed in my knowledge and recommendation. She’s amazing and her entire team all the way thru procedure and post care is amazing! Thank you Dr Grace!

I was supposed to have a colonoscopy on Monday, October 10,2022. The procedure was confirmed on Friday. Sunday at 1042 am after finishing prep I was notified that the procedure was cancelled.
