Doctor Alexis Abril is a great doctor and is very attentive. Though, the truth is that the front desk are the worst to answer you and listen to your conversations amongst themselves in the back. Today, I called to know my results from my biopsy that I had done and a lady answered. In the background, I heard the front desk lady say, “That woman is driving me crazy” with tremendous attitude. Later, she answered herself as if nothing had happened.
Thank god everything came out good, but I’m never going to return again.

I recently had appendicitis and was taken to the emergency room. When I was treated afterwards during follow up in the office I was treated like a vip, the girls were very nice. I believe one of the assistants was named Gloria, she was helpful and supportive. Dr. Abril has done an excellent job with the surgery, I’m definitely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone. I would also like to say thank you and god bless to him and his staff, they saved my life.

I called to the office to ask for appointment I had gallbladder problem I gave my info and all that and they never called me back shame on them playing with the person like that booo

Although Dr. Abril and nurses were wonderful the front staff person at the main window needs an attitude check.my relative was very patient with that person but somehow was still treated with little to no respect.thankfully all went well with the procedure, the only problem would be the front desk personnel; who should treat patients with kindness and patience.

Awesome experience at the office with the girl at front desk. Amazing environment and team work. Dr Alexis Abril for me is the most wonderful kind and professional Dr that I ever had. I will always recommend him 100%. I had my gallbladder removed by him and i wouldn’t do it with any other Doctor. Thanks Dr Abril and staff. Also Gloria his nurse is an amazing person and very professional.

Should get no stars. Front desk secretary is the worst. I can't tell you how many times I called and they would pick up the phone and carry a side conversation with their co-workers while having you on the line waiting. Then have the worst attitude given to you, it was like how dare you call this office, don't you know we're busy. This office is a joke. I even had my employers administrator call the office to get information, and she got the same rude treatment as well. I went with another doctor for my operation. Stay away from this practice.

Horrible experience I showed up to this place at my appointment time waited 2 hours and still have 3 people in front of me this place is a joke I would never come to this place again they don’t deserve anything unprofessional staff I recommend to whoever it’s reading this don’t waste your time to see this guy this guy is a clown I don’t know how he is a recommended doctor

Dr. Alexis is a great Surgeon. I have full confidence in him because he is an excellent professional, always attentive, he knows how to treat patients well, as he also explains the entire procedure before doing it.really, a Doctor!
