Service department is great here. Shoutout to Kevin. They worked with me here getting my leather dash replaced and my infotainment screen replaced. The dash didn't take long to arrive and they did the screen at the same time. Kevin was great with checking in and keeping me totally up to date. As a new Alfa Romeo owner I'm glad yall are here. Also left with a cleaner car which is a huge plus. Some may think it's not a big deal having it cleaned, but that's customer service! Side note: Stay away from Maserati Alfa Romeo of Daytona.they told me it'd be $90 to get my car detailed after spending thousands there lol and when I opted for a "normal courtesy wash" they couldn't even do that.

Everyone was great at the Alfa store. From initial contact to leaving with my Gulia in tip top shape the experience left me confident in there customer service! Thanks everyone for a great visit!

I definitely recommend Alfa Romeo of Central Florida! I have been to the service department twice. Derrick has always been so kind and helpful, he goes the extra mile. I have called numerous times with questions and have had to reschedule appointments several times, he has always been so gracious and has never treated me as the irritation that I must be. I live 1.5 hours from Orlando but will always choose this location because of the way I am treated!

Listen - the service team at Alfa Romeo of CF is not to be compared. White glove service by Dereck, Steven and his team put me at ease. Ahead of schedule with all the bells and whistles one would expect from a premium brand like Alfa Romeo. And no, they didn’t even ask for a review. Other dealers: PAY ATTENTION

Service department is terrible here. They keep your car forever without answers. They lie about what’s wrong with the car and charge thousands of dollars without repairing the vehicle. Take your car to alpha of winter haven or greenway because Steven and Derek are liars and shady!

Derrick and Stephen (or steven, not sure of the spelling) are amazing. They are always so friendly and efficient, even when I have a bit of an attitude they always take care of me politely. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND cancelling your connection with hertz because I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had in my LIFE getting a rental today, through alfa, but through hertz. Derrick dealt with my furious phone call as I escaped from the hertz “taxi drivers” car very professionally and apologized for what I experienced and met me outside the dealership when I returned, and I didn’t even call to say I was coming. If it wasn’t for these two being as polite as they are I would have made certain to not pay the $600+ I paid today and would never return to this dealership again. The point is, your guys are perfect, keep them, give them raises… but end that hertz relationship ASAP. ️

When I originally came to this dealership, I ended up looking at a used, non-Alfa-Romeo vehicle. After a lot of thought and time on the website, I began looking at a used Giulia, which is what I ended up getting. The care and attention of the sales representative who worked with me, Marco Testoni, truly made for a wonderful experience. Every question I had he either had the answer for or found the answer for. He was kind, thoughtful, and attentive to both myself and my boyfriend, bringing up features of the vehicle that he knew each of us would appreciate. My car buying/leasing experience at Alfa Romeo was great. Josh, my sale representative, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle of choice, the Stelvio. Josh did not engage in any high pressure tactics, but instead let the vehicle and his knowledge of same speak for themselves. Josh and the other Alfa Romeo employees at the dealership made the negotiation and acquisition/financing of my Stelvio smooth and painless. I definitely recommend the dealership and, in particular, Josh.
