This is the worst car dealership I have ever done business with. In the middle of negotiating the purchase of a vehicle they claim to have sold it to someone else. The communication is terrible. They do not return calls like they say they will and obviously could care less about their potential customers.

The team truly went above and beyond. A special thanks to Megan, Shawn, and our service technician Tom for each doing an amazing job at every step of the process! We had a difficult time working and communicating with an auto warranty company, but they were very patient and helped out tremendously! Diagnostics were thorough, the work done was quickly and cleanly, and the car was washed when they were finished. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

I used this company for services to my Alfa Romeo and my car was damaged during the process and when ask how they would reconcile my damages they stated the damages were already there. Mine you they had my vehicle 2 months called twice for a update and never fixed anything that was broken kept giving me every excuses when I called to check on my vehicle until I made my way to just pick up my vehicle. I took my vehicle to another Alfa Romeo and they fix the problem I stated the vehicle came in for with no problem and it was done within a month. Megan and her crew were the worse!

I got a excellent deal on purchasing the 2021 Acura. When dealing with professionals, it's less taxing on your nerves. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. The vehicle has a check engine light on that I'm trying to resolve. Everything works and vehicle runs great. This light has to go.

I came there with a mission to buy an expensive vehicle and they didn’t haggle me into any deal but the one I was willing to make walking in the door. The process was quick and I was out the door by noon! The refreshment was nice too very clean place I almost wanted to leave my shoes at the door lol but overall 10/10 would buy here again!

Bought my wife a truck there. There was an issue with some missing items. The staff was quick to assist. They did do everything that they could to fix the problem in a timely fashion. This will be our second vehicle at Alfa Romeo in Pensacola. We worked with Omar Ramos and Jeff Thompson to bring home a beautiful Giulia Quadrifoglio in Trofeo White.

Big Shout out to Danny. He help us all the way through. We went there yesterday and bought used car. Danny is the only staff that helped and talked to us nicely. Then my brother and sister went in the office and had to talk Eric for closing out the deal. My sister said Eric was giving them attitude showing up some aggressive gestures. All in all, I’ll just give 5 stars to Danny for being a professional and taking care of customers.
