I just moved into a new house and needed several things replaced: light fixtures, shower heads, door knobs/locks, ceiling fans, and shelves. Stephen came on the exact day I asked and did not leave until everything I needed was complete. He left my home cleaner than when he arrived and he even took all the things I replaced with him so I didn't have to take them to the dump. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

Wish that I had better luck as I had gotten really excited reading the reviews. However, I've reached out several times to Mr Alford for him to complete a few projects or recommend someone only to receive partial response and messages left on "read". I will continue my search for a handyman. Good luck to future customers.

Yall this man came out on a Sunday to help me solve an issue. You can tell he loves his job. Not only was he super friendly, he was easy to talk to and was keen on solving the issue. Now I may have been the easiest fix he's ever had, just had to press a button to fix it. Super affordable too. I would recommend him and will definitely be calling him again for any fixes. Just got an emergency’s job done by this company and am extremely impressed! My closet fell who knows when, so I called yesterday and immediately got an answer. They came out today, assessed the issue, and purchased everything needed for the job. They even added an additional shelf in my closet. They reinforced everything on a stud unlike how it was originally installed and putties all the holes from the fallen shelf. 5 star job and I will be calling again for other jobs! Both guys were very friendly!

After having two electrician companies fail through with one being over an hour late and the other no call no show; I really appreciate Alford’s Affordable Services coming through. Absolutely great customer service! They worked fast and got the job done right. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I'm so relieved! I'm across the country on a work trip right now, and my friend who is watching my dog and staying at the house realized that the HVAC unit wasn't cooling properly when the inside temperature hit 85 degrees. This naturally caused some panic since it's Memorial Day weekend and has been about 100 degrees every day. I called Alford's Affordable Services around 11pm, and the problem was fixed before midnight. My friend said that he was super nice and clearly explained the electrical issue. He even waived the travel fee. I'll definitely be calling the next time an issue like this comes up!

Stephen was a lifesaver for me. We had tried to do a home repair job on the bathroom and failed miserably, he walked us through what to do on the phone to fix a leak and then was available to come out the next day to fix the non urgent items.

He's extremely knowledgeable and was easy to get a ahold of! We put out 5 quotes in the area and Stephen was the only one to get back to same day.

Stephen and David Alford are great! David installed a new ceiling fan for us and transferred the old fan to a different room that didn’t have one. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. When the second fan didn’t seem to be switching properly they immediately returned together and fixed the problem. Great customer service! They are honest, professional, reliable and very pleasant to deal with. I recommend them highly and will be calling on them again.

He goes above and beyond to make sure to take care of his customers. He fixed my water heater, and other electrical problems around my house. It's great to have this company in our community! Had an electrical emergency with my water heater timer and they came out in a jiffy and fixed it. Then a couple days later had to replace my water heater which they took care of too. These guys are great and very genuine. Definitely will be using their service again. They are very reasonable on pricing.

Quick yet efficient. Stephen was running late but the work he did made up for it. I thought I was going to have to replace my brand new faucet but he showed me where something was loose & how to fix it in case I ran into the issue again. More than reasonable pricing & great work.
