I have been waiting g for more than an hour now, with an appointment, it’s 3: 30 pm and they just called the 1pm appointment, is always like this in this location, they have no respect for patients, they told I had to wait for at least 3 more hours, that the doctor is behind

In addition to being an excellent professional, DT Bassi is a person who treats patients with the camaraderie and respect one deserves. From the moment you enter their clinic you feel that they are there to help you. I have had my routine checkups for several years and I am very happy with everyone's service.

My visit was very timely and the workers are very friendly. Dr Bazzi is amazing and his assistant, especially when you find people that has compassion for your needs with a great attitude. "May God bless them"

Just wanna say at the office of Dr. Bazzi you get treated with a great deal of respect and the staff is excellent couldn't have picked a better place and cardiologist.

The receptionist was courteous, and wait time was at a minimum. Got to see the Dr within an acceptable time. Visits with Dr Bazzi is always refreshing as he spends time with you and you do not feel rushed during visits.

Before I had moved I was with Dr Ali bazzi for I believe 9 years went to a different doctor ended up changing back to the insurance I had before just so I could go back to Ali Bazzi he is in excellent doctor and one that I would definitely tell my family to go see if they needed to

They do their best to care for the patients mentioned there, they do their job well and are very supportive and kind to all the patients.the truth is the truth, if it were the opposite I would be the first to put them down but the reality is that they are good workers and very friendly.

Dr. Bazzi takes the time to be with his patients and discuss whatever they need. He has been so wonderful, and I would recommend him highly also, the staff is great too!

Excellent doctor. He diagnosed my wife’s condition on the first visit. Explained the situation and what options we had. My wife had an open hart surgery (mitral valve replaced) last month. He recommended the surgeon and the hospital. He would follow up on condition regularly and give advise

I have to cancel a cataract surgery one day before because at this office nobody answered anytime 2 weeks trying to reach this office my ophthalmologist my primary doctor my sons everybody to call.
10 secretaries over there nobody answer is unrespectful treatment to treat patients
Poor customer service from office manager and stuff. I don't know doctor Bazzi knows what is going on in his office.
Incredible unefficient office.

Completely disrespectful of patient’s time. Came for a scheduled appointment at 2: 00pm and left the office at 6: 00pm. Customer service is poor and the office is not equipped for that long wait. Worse experience.
