Dr. Connors is a great chiropractor and person.not only he does great adjustments but also tries to help you outside of the office with exercises and stretches to help your particular situation.

Dr. Emma is AMAZING! I went to her when I was 36 weeks pregnant with terrible anterior pelvic pain that was making it difficult to walk. She worked closely with me and tailored our sessions to me, given my condition and needs. My pain improved/resolved within 2 weeks.she is so patient and caring. Highly recommend

I was having a lower back problem and did not know any chiropractors in the South Florida area and found Align and Flow Chiropractic on the internet. I feel very fortunate to have made contact with Dr. Connor. What impressed me most with Dr. Connor was the patience he had when listening to my issue and also encouraging me to discuss any past problems I have had with my body. He took the time to explain what can cause the lower back pain and went into detail about how he could correct the problem and as importantly what I should do to help with the healing process. His parents and wife are chiropractors so his knowledge and experience comes from years of analyzing and applying procedures to help his patients. I had asked about getting a deep tissue massage and he felt it could help but took time to explain the option of seeing a physical therapist as an alternative. The physical therapist, Dr. Arianna Fontenot, provided the care and program to heal and strengthen my back and I continue to use this in a daily basis to keep myself in good condition. Thank you Dr. Connor for the excellent treatment you have given me that allowed me to heal myself and continue an active life style.

Someone recommended for me to go to a chiropractor after I had my first child, but I was always too nervous.after I had my second, I knew I needed to.
