I was very impressed with everything. We rent a house, and the owner has a home warranty. A little more than a year ago the air conditioning broke down and it took a different AC company almost one month to complete the repair. The system broke down again this year and Alite was there right away. The service tech was kind, professional, and on time. WELL DONE!

We had the best experience with this company in the middle of a terrible experience. Not only were they quick with getting back to us. They gave us a quote over the phone, half the price of everybody else we got quotes from, which they honored. Once they came in person for the install, which was only a day and a half later, there were no hidden fees or extra charges. They also showed up when they said they were going to show up. There was no time range where we were waiting all day. Once they showed up to install the new air conditioning they did it in 2 1/2 hours super quick and super efficient, and even cleaned up after themselves. On top of all the amazing professional qualities they were also kind friendly, and I highly recommend this company for any needs that you may have.

These guys got assigned to me through a home warranty so my expectations weren’t the highest. However, these guys were quick, responsive, and very good at what they do. They replaced my whole unit/system in a few hours. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I can’t thank them enough for the quick and good customer service I got the freeze broke my unit and they were out here the next and fixed it for me putting heat back in my house in Florida coldest week in December really good people and knowledgeable about what was wrong no extra fees or trying to charge for things that weren’t necessary I can’t thank them enough for that
