I paid for $70 worth of flowers without a vase for my daughter's graduation, but I could have gotten better at Publix. I did request them the same day. I expected more for the cost.

Called to place in order. Whoever answered was so busy she couldn't focus on my call at all. I understand being busy, then simply don't answer the phone. Your behavior makes the caller feel completely worthless. Customer service in that few minutes was awful.

Tray garden I paid right at $100 for looked nothing like what I ordered. First what I got, second what I ordered. Daughter said only partial live. Never again. Sure wish Glene was still doing arrangements. Hope y'all feel good about scamming a senior citizen on a fixed income. Update, five days ago they said they would reach out to me and haven't. Another example of service. Now they have taken the picture of what I ordered off the website and put a picture of what I received. Clever if nothing else. Still haven't contacted me.

Out of state. Florist was excellent to work with over the phone. The customer in Pant City loved their flowers. I choose Designers Choice.
