If i could rate ZERO stars, I would. The company itself and their other employees are Awesome BUT.we have NEVER dealt with an employee that is VERY DISRESPECTFUL in OUR LIVES and we've lived all over the United States. Carissa is BY FAR the RUDEST person in the world! Hanging up on people, being rude, telling the customer that they are in the wrong and yelling at the customer. We'll be removing our things as soon as we can. I can not believe that any company would employee a child like Carissa, you can't call her a lady, because a lady wouldn't treat people the way she does. WORD OF MOUTH is the best way of advertising and you can bet we will let everyone we know, NOT to use this storage company. We have several family members and friends that are moving to Daytona and we can assure you that they will know all about this storage place and they will be well aware NOT TO USE IT.

A friend of mine just sold his home and needed to rent a small storage for all of his belongings until he finds his new "FOREVER" HOME! The prices are decent and the storage areas are clean of riff raff and of garbage! Very clean.

Finally out of storage BUT for the 5 years or so years we were customers, NO issues. Everyone was polite and helpful. The whole experience was an easy and satisfying one. The place always looked neat and well kept. There are carts available to help you move your stuff. I'm getting old and the ease of the move, good billing practices, and the ease of ending our business relationship were all very important. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was more than professional beginning with Chandler at another location who searched until he found a location to fill my needs and they were both very courteous they went above and beyond on a Saturday to accommodate my needs as a customer they did not cut any corners and the co-manager Carissa made sure I understood every option available as well ensured I was happy and covered every base I was so impressed with the facility the cleanliness but definitely the shining star that made this experience PHENOMENAL was the outstanding customer service I received today

I had my things in storage for 9 months and had amazing service. The manager chad was awesome best customer service I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend this storage facility clean and nice facility, always had carts available. Overall great experience.

Chad is a great guy. I’ve dealt with him fir the past 4 years with different units. He is always very helpful and professional. All Aboard is a centrally located and secure storage facility.
