This all went so smooth, from the hearing test to the fitting. The office is very warm and inviting from the receptionist Jamie to Kim the hearing specialist. I would recommend them to any and everyone.
Kim did a great job of getting the fit perfect and the settings just right, I can actually hear some of the birds singing that I haven’t heard in a few years.

From day one, Traci and Dawn have been the friendliest, and easiest women to deal with. They are so helpful and understanding of my needs. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and caring way they have been with me. I can honestly say, I have a Beltone office right near me, but I would never leave Traci and Dawn, as I feel I have become a friend with them both. I recommend anyone in the Lady Lake area, or further north or south, to go there and see for yourself their helpful and friendly atmosphere in their office. You won't regret it. I had an issue with my hearing aids I was unable to pair them. No matter what I did it just didn’t work. I was able to reach Yolanda and she suggested calling tech support. Thank goodness I did. She was able to talk me through it after a couple of try’s. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Yolanda is exceptional. Very patient. Takes the time to make sure that you have the right hearing aids & fit. And her assistant, Emily, is just as helpful & kind. Highly recommend.

The staff here is willing to go the extra mile for you! My mother had her hearing aids broken in a home care facility. She was without for weeks and did not want to wait any longer. We made an appointment for 3 days later and they had the aids in stock and ready to go out the door. Yolonda, the practitioner is so accommodating. She understands the needs of the older generation and especially those with special needs. We felt welcome the minute we made the appointment. Mom has had aids before but they had tiny batteries and with arthritic hands, were difficult for her. These are perfect because they are rechargeable. Yolonda understood her needs and helped her find something that would work for her. GREAT customer service!

I've been seeing Yolanda for a couple of years now for help with my Starkey hearing aids, and I am very pleased with the service I have received from her and her staff at All About Hearing. I give them five stars!
