Excellent staff. Requires masks still, but provides them for you. Kristin Nobles ARNP, CNM was a delight to have as a Gynecologist. Excellent bedside manner. This office deserves more the five stars. All the glory goes to God.

I cannot describe in words how appreciative I am to Dr. Allison Falkenstrom and Kristin Nobles, ARNP, CNM. If it was not for Dr. Falkenstrom’s open-mindedness and willingness, I would have ended up having a cesarean delivery. She was able to flip my baby from a breech position right before I was supposed to have my c-section. I was then able to naturally deliver with Kristin, who was integral in getting my baby out without any complications; her diligence during my delivery left me without pain - almost immediately afterwards. Without this team of amazing women I would not have had nearly as easy of a recovery, and such an overall happy ending to my birth story. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would not recommend coming here. First off you are not told to come in with a full bladder to give a urine sample. They won't see you until you can provide them with one. We are not baby dolls, so drinking water in the lobby is not going to fix the matter.

Second, if one does not have experience in dealing with HRT, then maybe they should refer you to a colleague in the practice or refer you to another LOCAL practice whom does.

I just moved to the area from 3 hours away. The PA or NP gave me a new script for what I was already taking for several years now. I refilled it at the pharmacy and my pharmacy notifies me that it is not the usual amount that I take and that they tried to call her and she won't return their phone calls. It also was only for a 3 month rx And not for a year. So I call because I'm on my last refill to see what I need to do in order to get a refill on my script and they flat out refuse to give me anymore refills And said I need to go back to my doctor who is 3 hours away to get it. And then she claims that she told me this in her office 3 months ago. No you did not. I would've found another doctor 3 months ago if I wouldn't know this was going to be a problem.

Needless to say I will be looking for another Dr.

Coworker recommended for being nice, accepting, willing to listen, and finding the best solution for the individual, which was what I was looking for my condition, but sadly that was the opposite of my experience; avoid as others recommended.

I wish I had read more of the other 1 star reviews before going to this place. NOWHERE does it state on their website or in the paperwork that they refuse to take women over BMI 45! If I had known that before going in, then I would have skipped this place altogether. Instead, I took time out of my day and out of my partner's day (who missed half a day of work just to be there with me) just to get shafted. We were told that they weren't equipped to handle patients over that size because we could be considered "High Risk", AND YET, as their website stated, they claimed to be able to handle high risk pregnancies? ! Apparently that only means if you are a size 2 to 4. They offered me two other options that could handle high risk pregnancies (this is my first and I haven't even been seen yet to determine if I'm high risk or not!), the first of which couldn't be bothered to answer their phones at 1: 43 in the afternoon. So no, I do not recommend this place. The receptionist was lovely, as was the nurse who had to break the news to me that I couldn't be seen there, but this is completely and utterly unacceptable when the majority of women in this country are at a size 18 or higher.

Do better. Women don't stop having sex or getting pregnant just because they're a size 22 or 26 or 30. We deserve to have the compassion and care that smaller bodied people are already afforded.

Dr. Cook genuinely cares, takes the time needed to truly hear what is going on in order to better help you, analyzes all pieces to the puzzle (health wise) prior to discussing/making a decision and educates. She is extremely personable and even remembers personal family/work details shared during previous visits. I am so blessed to have her as part of my health care team!

My son was stillborn.
I spent my whole pregnancy going through issues with All About Women, first of all being the front desk staff when checking in. The lady was rude and repeated herself multiple times stating my child’s father needed to leave because I was not allowed to have more than one guest when it was my first visit and continued to talk over me as I was trying to ask questions related to the visit. The also charge $250 right from day one for your time with the practice for the pregnancy. Following this I had continued issues with improper billing, this was later resolved. At this point, I looked into other facilities and I resent myself for not trusting my gut. My son was stillborn at 39 weeks. 6 days prior to his due date. I had no complications, nothing to indicate that this would happen. I had one visit with another doctor and she stated I was measuring small and sent me immediately to have an ultrasound. Everything appeared fine. Consistently, I spoke of pain I was experiencing (as a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect) and I simply was told that if I felt pain and as long as there was not any bleeding to drink water and relax. I didn’t even know when I came for my last appointment that I was having contractions. I thought my son was still alive and moving around. There was not enough focus on educating me as to what to expect. Or even that stillbirth was a concern I should focus on. After the fact, I find that still birth is very common and it took losing my son to receive more care in my pregnancy (this one is on insurance companies)

Now after the fact, I am being sent to a specialist for my next pregnancy and out of the office. I wish I would have listened to my gut and went to another practice. Maybe then we would have caught something to indicate that I was going to lose my son.

All about women (both the Lake city and Gainesville offices) are absolutely amazing! I used Dr. Nicole Scogin throughout my pregnancy and I am continuing to use her after! But everyone there is amazing! I will continue to recommend them no matter what! I did hear that Dr. Scogin will not be at the Lake city office next year I don’t know if she’s moving or just gonna be at the Gainesville office but either way I appreciate everything they have done!

I have delivered two babies with this practice. My first with Shelly russel. She is very kind and friendly. She made the process of birthing my first child a little less stressful if that’s possible. My second was delivered via c section by Dr. Agrios. Let me tell you, having an emergency c section is something I wouldn’t wish on any woman. However I have a very distinct memory of Dr.agrios grabbing my hand, right before surgery, and telling me everything would be ok. I obviously was panicking. I am now pregnant with my third and decided to drive an hour away from my home to come back to this practice. I know it’s easy to come vent your complaints. I think it’s also important to give praise! My 6 year old daughter is healthy and well because I had a skilled surgery who cares.

My whole experience with Doctor Scogin was truly amazing. My pregnancy had a few complications and her and the nurses were there for me the whole time. I felt relaxed and comfortable with every visit, and feel like she really cares for her patients.

I have been a patient since 2014 and love All About Women! All Drs, nurses, and staff are polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I refer everyone to them.

I saw Dr. Scogin years ago and I am writing this review now because it was one of the worst medical experiences i've had and the fact that i'm thinking of it three years later warrants a review. I won't get into details but she prescribed me a medication that resulted in severe pain and when I told her about it afterward she suggested it was "psychological". I later looked it up and pain is common with the drug she gave me.

During my appt with her she told me not to be nervous because I was her "easiest appointment" of the day. She then told me she had to travel to the local "psych ward" later that to "deal" with a patient and even told me what their circumstance was. I was appalled at how she spoke about her patient and her job. Unprofessional and uncaring in so many ways.

Do not go here or call for services. The staff is extremely rude, screams at possible patients and their receptionist is extremely unprofessional.

Called and they quickly answered phone and hung up before I could answer. Called back and receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude, could not tell me total out of pocket estimate, cost for labs and answer any question I had. Call was rushed and rude. No thanks! Go elsewhere! I used them in the past but something has drastically changed.

Update: One day later. So just to be sure, I went IN-PERSON to the clinic today! I walk in, I stand at the reception window, which has chairs lined up for "social distancing" when everywhere else in the hospital has floor cues or labeling for social distance. I stand. I look at the receptionist and her colleagues as they chat behind the glass.they keep talking. I wait. They finally I see a staff member leave that room and I think maybe they are coming out to greet me- NOPE! Then the receptionist opens the glass and says "hi". Yea, just that. I tell her what I would like to know and she closes the sliding glass and gets a lady who does give me a quote for prenatal care and then just stands there. I am thinking they will provide me with a hard copy of any paperwork or perhaps ask if I would like additional info or if they could help me in any other way. NO. So I walk out. Let me just say that I have given birth at NFRMC before and the care was excellent upstairs on 5th floor. But down on 1st floor there is a lot of work to do. First of all, when a client enters the office, your staff should immediately address them saying "Welcome to _. We will be right with you. " And when you speak to someone, it should be " thank you for choosing/visiting _. How may we help you today? " with a smile. I felt like an inconvenience to them. When someone leaves say "Is there anything else I can help you with? " And ensure that they have a card or pamphlet to contact your team with questions. Customer service is important.

Would avoid if you're looking for birth control options. Saw the doctor and he immediately started questioning why I don't want to have kids. Ever heard of my body my choice? Also told me it's normal for women to be depressed when pregnant. Did not listen to my concerns and tried to steer me the IUD path which I wasn't comfortable at all with. I tried to see another doctor there and the front office told me that they like to "support" each other with their decisions there so I'll have to go somewhere else if I want a second opinion. They should say they're against women's reproductive rights so they don't waste anyone else's time.

I have used this practice for the past 19 years and delivered 2 babies, they have always exceeded my expectations. Saw Dr. Cook for the first time today and she was wonderful to ease my worries about a tense appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. Everyone was very professional and caring during a stressful pandemic situation.
